Mezco Figures FRAGILE? 

It’s not MezcoToyz fault people go ham on there figures, worse than kids I swear

I’ve been collecting Mezco’s for a while now! And I’ve never had any issues with them! And that’s including the 89 Batman! Love them

I had a wrist peg break on the Mezco The Crow figure, but I returned it and bought a new one. These figures are straight works of art!

I’ve had no issues with Mezco figures and I own over 10 , only one that that has damage is the black suit sumbiote spiderman, I never posed him other than stood him up on a shelf, and the other day I looked at him and he has stretch marks on his back and leg, it sort of looks like a rip but stretch at the same time if that makes sense.

I recently pre ordered the mezco The Shadow figure. It’ll be my first one. I always thought mezco looked cool, but I was always intimidated by the price more than anything else. But the shadow never gets toys (I think this might be the second one EVER) and I knew that it would be something special. I clicked this video to see what I could expect, and it sounds like as long as you handle the figure with respect, I should be ok posing him. I’m so excited for my figure to come.

Totally agree, I've been collecting from 2015 starting with the first Mezco Bats, Captain Kirk are just some and they're still in good condition.

People actually do have problems with them. I didn't know about my problem until talking to a mezco customer service provider. Even tho now it's hard to get them on the phone, but anyway i was having issues with old man Logan his pants would always mold. I noticed on a few other's like X-force wolverine the suit was sticky and sticking to his shoulder joint. Almost like as if someone put glue on him but mezco helped me figure it out and probably why others have issues is because of humidity they said a house needs to not reach over 60 percent and well i never use A/C even in the summer so the heat isn't good on mezco figures.

The figures move great and can be moved alot but the problem is some of the material choices like the Symbiote Spider-Man PX exclusive that rubber material cracks and peels over time like mine i had it for 4 years in a vanilla pose because i was happy with that for him then i had a problem with red and black Deadpool the leather material they used it's starting to crack up and can see some red showing there in some places other then those two out of the 17 mezco i have are really good and fun to mess around with

My only issue is the foot. I wish they would allow the foot or boots to bend.

Well Mezco do say that certain figures shouldn’t be posing in position for a long time. Batman 89 and alien figures are to be pose for a limit time. But time will time on the materials .

I needed to see this video. I just got the Mezco Destro figure that I ordered back in 2021. I've never bought a Mezco fig, so I wanted to see what one was like. So far I'm pleased, but I've only had it a couple of days. It's good to hear positive info to counter alot of the negativity I've been hearing about Mezco.

Dear Mezco buyers, please read the instruction manual before using. Rule number 3: "Overposing the figure may stress or damage the outfit".

The only problem I have with these are the ones that are kinda painted all over like the black suit spidey, that one did flake on me after a year or so, but apart from that they hold up pretty good, even the rubber alien so far looks perfect

agreed on this and breaking depends on how you take care of your toys. my only issue on mezco is the ankle articulation and the delays haha

No complaints from me either. I see a lot of people treat them like Revoltech figures.

89 Batman is definitely troubled. But that doesn't apply to the entire one:12 line

I like the Rumble figures more than the Marvel, but I did grab the Ghostrider, I used Mezco points and saved like 100$, same with the Void Gomez with that awesome Mech Suit, using the points saving 100$ really helps, especially when all the DC preorders shipped out this year, I had like 180$ in points after Ghostrider and DC. I love mezco, I had an issue with my Superman and they sent me another....no problems..

My introduction to mezco is gonna be spider-man and green goblin I have them on pre order and im very excited about it 😄

But you customize your figures making that argument moot, and even with product testing, lemons do occur and they can happen from a lot to a few. In my opinion the dissatisfaction comes from the fact that you can get marvel legends or generally any low priced figures and they were durable AF pretty much a tank but that doesn't carry over the more expensive high end figures.

Dont get me wrong Mezco Figs look great have tons of cool accessories and I own quite a few but dont go and start Shilling for Mezco. The shoulder peg breaking on the Thing is a perfect example. One of the wrist gauntlets on Sue Storm just falls off on mine. The New Spiderman vinel on the upper arm is cracking and breaking way too easy. I cant point out dozens of issues on many of their 1/12 line.. Dont sit their and try and Gaslight people saying there is no problems with mezco figs.

So far, I've got no issue with my used condition Mezco Batman Sovereign Knight PX and I hope it will last longer for the next 10 years.

I also see guys complaining, for example, about Spider-Man, but the only one I've ever seen with a really damaged trajectory was the symbiote, there the problem is really current. the rest of the spider men, I practically didn't see any serious damage, at least until this moment

The only ones that I've seen havung some hot toys type issues are the Deadpools, the black leatherish material they use always cracks real bad, I bought 3 different red and black Deadpools through time and all of them had the same issue.

only got like 3 mezcos and can say with certainty that they're fire, only got a couple problems with some articulation on like 2 of em but other than that i love em

I've never had anything break but recently I've had a pscc pants rip above the knee which is super weird that it happen. But overall their toys and fabric will rip.. it's not impossible but at the same time I keep mine out and handle stuff daily

I got one a few years ago and it was good for a while. Had to be good for like 2 years maybe more and only reason the suit came of is cuz I took it because one part got loose. These figures are so amazing tho. Just ordered the new superman they made too pretty excited and hopefully it stays on nicely

People complain about anything these days. They want accuracy... that is okay. Now there is a new species on horizon. They want BTS accurate figures. Wtf? Figures are supposed to look like as they look on screen.not behind the scene. I wonder how they want a Hulk figure? Green screen with sticks maybe? These mezco figures are too good imo. Nothing to complain except their release date postpone issue.

I would really love to see what you can do with the gambit, I think it's a great figure but the armor is the only set back imo, you think there is any way to mod the upper?

The only figure I have from mezco that sucked in my opinion is the batman gotham by gaslight figure and that's cause u can barley pose him without feeling like he's gonna break or rip but that's not to say it's a horrible brand I love mezco just some figures arnt made with the same love as others

Someone is willing to sell me the Mezco man of steel Superman new in box for $95 my only concern is how he will look next to my other non mezco figures? Do mezco figures go well with non mezco 6 inch figures?

It was probably me… I watched a video on the batwing and guy is putting a mezco Batman into it… I commented just the way he was handling the figure I said I cringed 😂 I wasn’t bad mouthing the figure or the brand I was just eeeekk seeing him handling the figure like it’s some cheap marvel legends.. that’s the thing to me that I’m like 😬 they’re expensive figures, I feel they have to be handled with care.. that’s just me though.. I love and have some shf, figmas, storm collectibles, and of course mezco 1:12… I treat these figures very different from how I handle stuff from hasbro or Mattel… if something were to break I could more easily spend $20-$30 as compared to $60-$90 for a higher end piece.., especially when majority of the time they’re no longer available on the Mezco store and are more expensive on the second market like eBay or mercari.. it’s totally not to say these figures are trash at all.

Every figure is fragile if you handle it like you're a six year old dudes just gotta be careful when handling figures thats all ive had tons of breaks buts its because i wasn't being careful with the figure (unless it's the neca predators some of those tend to just fall apart right out of package).

Mezco is perfection, the people who hate on them are the people who think Marvel Legends is the best line of 2023.

I own one and it broke immediately out of the box. I love the look of mezco figures but I’m one and done. Just my opinion and my experience
