We have one in the green, absolutely LOVE IT!!! It puts a smile on your face every single time you drive it and really stands out from the crowd. The green paint has a satin finish , not really matt, everyone wants to touch the paint!! This car is anything but normal, and, contrary to the film, is faster than a long range Tesla. Don't buy it, lease it, much safer and if a business pay £309 plus VAT with a 9 month deposit over 3 years is the sensible choice. We love the fact it is a 'sleeper' car that surprises everyone.
Nice edition of WEV, in typical JM style! Sounds always set to Radio 4, kids always presumed to be reading ANYTHING, which they certainly don't, these days... they'd be fighting over the single rear USB socket (as evidenced by the already bug'rd up example here), and moaning about it being A, not C... My brother was looking at one of these to move into EVs from his current BMW, but we all concluded the living quarters, while ok, weren't really fully developed yet. There is unofficial news that MG will be updating the whole interior of the 4, during 2024, I'd be interested to see if they can do a good enough job of that, whilst not increasing the price. And, yes, the RWD ER version you tested earlier, is the better option.
Currently own an MG4 Trophy LR, not enough of a difference to swap out for an X-Power. Plus, the dealer network is bloody awful! I won’t buy another MG!
@valleysofneptune The brakes are upgraded. The suspension is definitely not upgraded enough. Mind you, try a BMW M3 CSL. I've seen the brakes on one of those basically on fire after a rapid jaunt downhill on the EVO Triangle.
