MGA 1600 Mk2 chassis rust repair continues 

We get back into the MGA 1600 mk2 chassis making the necessary rust repairs prior to installing the new floor rails. We cut out the inside of the right frame rail and rolled a new replacement panel to fit it exactly in the hole we cut in the frame for clean fit. After welding it in place, we started working on replacing the right side of the transmission cross member tube, fitting it through the frame rail and notching it into the center section to create a stronger, staggered weld joint.
