@S M TFs aren’t necessarily toxic. But they do tend to have a lot of challenges in starting and/or maintain the relationship bc they’re literally two halves of the same soul that is trying to reintegrate with itself. Like forcing the ends of two magnets together. The electric polarity between the two halves can be explosive. But the end result is worth the struggle.

But tons of psychics have said they're a karmic relationship that believes they are twin flames. again though, there's no way to know something vague like that. It's a nice concept but any couple who's madly in love can call themselves "twin flames" in order to feel more special in comparison to others.
