My suggestion: This mission made me quit the game for a year, but today. So 1st thing first. If your confused on how to Fulton the truck, because you don’t have Cargo 2, do the mission “Angel with broken wings”. Extract the 2 prisoners inside the palace and you should get the Transportation Specialist by extracting them. You don’t need to get the main target, unless you didn’t before. After that unlock the Cargo 2 for the Fulton device, you should have all the requirements, if you don’t then just get the other requirements, not hard. Then unlock D-Walkers Gatling gun. Use D-Walker in the mission and go to the truck, the skulls will be sent out. Get in the D-Walker and light them up, kill them all. It works, after that then Fulton the truck and your good!
Fused curry I haven’t played this game for a while, but I’m pretty sure they can’t do the thing where they latch onto it and do damage. If you just use the wheels and roll around while shooting them it does lots of damage.
Nice, gonna try this later, i rage alt-F4'd this mission cause i just kept getting spotted instantly for some reason.. Also, i think my convoy stopped at a different place, on some open road, not sure. Those skull guys are super annoying too, i tried to just yolo that truck and drive it out but you don't get very far..
I used the electro-magnetic mine in the road to stop the caravan, before that i placed regular mines in a perimeter, in the spot where the skulls might land, then placed active decoys behind those to distract them while quiet finished them up with wicked butterfly. When it was all over, I then walked over like a boss and fulton the whole damn caravan. sometimes the best fight is not to engage at all, lol. A Rank from this method, btw.
My advice to anyone trying any of the methods from videos on RU-vid, just call in sleeping gas strikes 3 times on the skullz then drive the truck out. Then just Fulton the truck and run out of the hot zone
I did the same thing sorta after like 7 attempts I set an ambush for the vehicles with the EMM mines that disable them but not destroy. Then approached the truck since they didnt know I was there I was able to bait them away with the decoys and then sleeping gased em, havent tried to folton the skulls. LMK if you can I want them sick fooks as POW's
Or, just go to to the South Eastern side of the airport when you come in to the mission. The truck will be there but to deal with the skulls, wait for the tanks to arrive. Once they are at the airport, activate the cut scene and get in the tank. Then just get the skulls attention and blast them to death. (You may go through 1 tank but there are 2) Edit: make sure you get them away from the truck
This great game offers many different ways to complete missions, when you finally complete the really hard ones the fun factor for me comes in getting more daring in doing them again.
I couldn’t get the truck without being spotted. So i took out the little car in the back with a decoy and tranquilizers to the face, then I stopped the convoy way down the road with a few decoys. Snuck up to the back tank, snuck up to the truck and fultoned it. Then I hopped in one of the tanks and blew em up. Surprisingly, using the tank made it pretty easy.
I tried using the anti air gun at one of the bases and got the front armoured truck but then whilst it was on fire, it drove over to the right of me and blew up. I gave up the game for a week.
well i am late but i got the game like week back and I did it the crazy way I just ran with the with my horse and i killed them with sniper and grenade launcher
elmore good video but i have an even easier method to do this method all you need is the electro mines and cardboard box 1. set electro mines along path of convoy 2. trigger skulls along the road (i managed to do this while in a cardboard box) 3. lure the skulls away (the skulls will slowly follow you) 4. loop back around and fulton truck 5. just hop in apc and drive away

I shouldn't write off a great game just cause one mission pissed me off but one of my biggest gaming regrets was never finishing San Andreas due to flight school haha, I hate that shit.
I dont know how you did that. I've tried everything, and I always get noticed by the skulls. I've tried to complete this mission so many times, but I cant do it.
I threw one active decoy in front of the middle truck. Driver came out and I shot him to sleep. I also used the invisible “Stealth Camo” and Fulton all trucks. I received a A rank for using camo. I was in a rush so I’m fine with A
ELMORE IS THE BEST , he yeap with that method did the task easily. However , I didn't kill the skulls or extract the driver. Gotta go back and do it again.
While I was about to use this method they had already reached the end but I defeated half of them because of an out of bounds freeze bug that stopped two of the skulls from moving, but the other two just dissapeared... I guess I just got lucky after 69,420 attempts
this is very helpfull but i cant make myself a cargo *2 fulton because my intel isnt high enough and i have no more room so how am i suppose to make a cargo *2 fulton and without cargo *2 fulton i cant fulton extract the truck so im fucked
I kept going str8 2 the airport, blowing up the tanks and fighting skulls with rocket launcher and couldn't beat them! I think now I'll do the same but set out a decoy to get their attention b4 extracting the truck. They are pretty easy to outrun on horseback
+Chronic Slayer up till this point you can't Fulton cargo crates or vehicles. it became unlocked at this mission, and I didn't notice right away. got it now.
