Therefore, it is absurd to even consider that these mass graves, excavated by the IDF and including the remains of the elderly and crippled, may be proof of a war crime. I'm sure the Israelis will come forward and inform us if they have committed any war crimes. Clear and convincing evidence is meaningless until then, the Tory minister declared.’ I wonder if these same democrats would have asked Hitl. or the Naz. if they committed war crimes against humanity… or if they would have let the Naz. decide whether or not they are in violation of human rights or any international law… We are witness to hypocrisy in its highest form and shape. It’s time to judge and punish the criminals, the rapists, the murderers, the killers (terr. ogranisarion of Isr.) and not to allow them to investigate their own crimes against humanity. There are different branches in the Israeli army, and there are independent mechanisms for investigations that proved to give just conclusions in the past. (See "Elhor Azaria" and also the recent bombing on WCK) Just and harsh judgement were given against Israeli soldiers when one was deemed needed and true. Why are you so fast to deny the justice of a democratic state, but also so fast to accept the findings published by a terror organization? Not that it means that this is untrue, but just that investigation is indeed needed.

Gaza is a very small and very dangerous place for journalists and I think and wish they could go inside soon and investigate. I truly think that Israel is investigation those allegations right now, and like with the WCK, we will hear a conclusion soon. I don't think the UK can go in safely right this moment , and I also don't want to immediately accept Hammas propaganda. Remember the hospital that was deliberately hit by Israel warplane and killed 500 civilians? Turned out it was Jihad's rocket that killed 50 or so. There's no evidence of that, not even a photo or video. These graves were dug by Gazans in January and there's videos of that and they also admitted that.

I recall the spurious story of 40 babies being beheaded with some being burned in an oven, on the seventh of October attack by Hamas, which turned out to be a load of Israeli propaganda, for the world condemnation of Hamas and to give them the right to destroy Palestine.

Hospital staff were on the record in January, stating that they were being forced to bury their dead in the hospital grounds, because they couldn't access normal graveyards. You(the SNP) need to prove it's a war crime, because at the moment, all evidence (including open-source satellite imagery), plus statements from January - which the BBC, amongst many other were reporting, suggest that these were graves dug by Palestinians using the hospital over the winter.

I completely disagree. This has always been the case, and there is nothing new, authoritarian countries like North Korea have called themselves democratic from the beginning. But its really not too hard to see if a country has reached a true authoritarian dictatorship because by that point all elections are rigged, which agencies monitor. I think the much larger issue is the view that democracy = no war crimes or really just a good country in general, an absolutely ludicrous belief held by the Deputy Prime minister. You can argue its better than Russia for war crimes if you really tried but just simply saying they are too high standard to do such a thing because they are democratic is insanity.

PMQs stands for Prime Minister's Questions, in other words, the questions are directed towards the PM, because that's the leader of the ruling party. I know, i know, sunak gets this wrong the whole time too, so it isn't too weird that the public doesn't have a clue about the horrid FPTP political system in the UK either. You can only ask a PMQ of Starmer AFTER the GE. Perhaps you want to have a journalist ask this as a question during the election campaign, that's your right, but it wouldn't be a PMQ.
