I like to watch these speed runs, because it's really funny to see how quickly they do it, and notice the mistakes they make while doing it and realizing "holy shit, it could've been even faster..."

Deviant Hunter. the HA is called Absolute Readiness. same as Aboslute Evasion but also reastores some sharpness, also allows your weapon to remain ready.
Was hitting his legs more of a defensive positioning decision, or is tripping Zinogre more profitable than hitting his head? I know IG's swings are wide, but the BnB combo does hit his head fairly well iirc.
tripping him makes his horns vulnerable and safe to break. I always use Dual Blades against him back in 3U but I started using IG because of this guy. I can't wait for MHXX US release
Maybe I was just tired, but I fought my first Hyper Zinogre solo a couple days ago and it was sooo annoying. Mostly just the size of it made it hard to get around safely. Any tips for this specific one?
Quick question, does the hyper zinogre quest that takes place in the Ice mountain (An event quest) have more HP than this one? It took me quite a while to do that quest even though I didn't think I was doing too badly.
From what I read online insect glaive isn't as good for speedruns as it was in 4u. To me it feels nearly the same unlike cb which feels a lot Different to me in gen. Is it worse because it's motion values got nerfed, or did the other weapons just get better motion values. Or is it still just as good as it was in 4u.
ne, der Run hier wurde vor dem Release von MHXX aufgenommen. Da ich mir etwas Zeit nehme mit MHXX, wird es ein wenig dauern, bis ich in dem Spiel ein paar Runs raushaue, darum hab ich vor dem Release ein paar aufgenommen, die ich dann in der Zwischenzeit hochladen kann.
what kinsect did you use. I want to learn how to use kinsect but it's feels complicated especially when the kinsect is so customizable. I want to try this build to practice with but it doesn't say what kind of kinsect was used.
If your first getting into kinsect, just add speed nectar and nothing else. You will be able to get triple up faster, and, later on, get affinity boosts by getting white from the monster.
lilhoss4reals When you get futher into it, I recommend you watch Gaijin Hunters videos on the 'Ultimate Kinsect'. Really helpful, but technical, so really get into kinsect making and the IG in general before watching them.
Deviant Hunter It's another hunter art called 'Absolute Readiness'. In MHGen you unlock it by clearing guild 3 stars quest 'Wyvern Sand Runners'. It takes a bit longer to charge up than Evasion.

TsukiMiyaRinna is right, but sometimes they would use a Felvine Bomb while eating a Might Seed, not only does this cancel the flexing part but also give a visual indication when the Might Seed's effects are gone
