I like world and rise longsword speedruns but GU valor longsword speedruns jsut hit different man. It's like a rhythm game. The valor counter is also very satisfying to see, animation and sound wise.
Well that reason Is full of flaws: This Is more of a Hack-n-Slash game Platinum Games style than Monster Hunter Itself xD [No offense tho. I love valor/brave longsword. Saves me from a lot of trouble. Looking at you, Brachydios ;y]
I have a couple of questions. 1. How did your weapon automatically sharpen? 2. Why do I see people using barrel bombs to switch areas? Is it to cancel the item usage animation?
I'm pretty sure this fight was so fast because valstrax is distracted by the hunter's moans. Not the number 1 reason, but I'm pretty sure somewhere in the list. I like how the hunter's moaning but she's the one who do the raping, lol poor Valstrax XD
Nope. HR95. Hacked charm. Doesn't take away from the skill displayed here, but many speedrunners are hacking for equipment. It's about world records due to skill, not the legitimacy of, for instance, talismans.
That charm cheated right? Got it through transferring cheated 3DS savegame? I somehow can’t believe you actually got it legit, if I’m wrong you’re way beyond lucky lol
He's a speed runner, speed runners spend tens of hours charm farming. I've gotten some lucky charms here and there from a couple of weeks of solo charm farming
@@KingBarney look at his HR, it’s hiiighly unprobable to get a god charm with such low playtime, besides cheated charms on switch is a well known and common thing. I know a lot of capped people, and most of them in fact use cheated charms, getting this particular charm is a 1 to over 2mil chance.
@@patryk123nr It most definitely is but Expert+10 is legal though, I've gotten a pretty shit one with that in the past. Even knowing this doesn't bug me much because they're clearly good at the game and can use the charm well
It cancels the animation at the end when you eat/drink something + pushes you into the next area, it's for speedrun purpose, you save a few seconds this way.
@@mgsxmike ok, so main series wise, look at Shara Ishvalda, it literally breaks the forth wall and looks at you, not the Hunter and just looks like something from God Eater. Or Safijiiva and it's ultra blue fire ball explosion thing but yet looks like Smaug or Grigori from Dragon's Dogma. In summary, some Elder Dragons are supposed to be somewhat out of place in the series.
