I’m gonna be completely honest, when Mhiya started flipping in this dress and was selling the hell out of the song from the jump, I was already worried for Plasma. But MAMA, when she did the duck walk into the spin and dip, I was BEYOND GAGGED! Girl I was getting all of my life from Ms. Mhiya. She didn’t just eat this, she absolutely devoured this lil sync. Thank god we have been given this work of art that will never be lived down. I have now rewatched this lol sync 20 times and still getting my life.

The SHADE lol. Anetra was _inspired_ by ballroom, giving a more general almost acrobatic dance style with ballroom moves within it. Which should be celebrated just as much as what Mhi’ya is doing imo, because talent is talent. But yes what Mhi’yah is doing is a lot closer to what you’d see on Legendary, or at a ball in Brooklyn. She gives an effortlessly choreographed lipsync while not looking too controlled, and I love it so much. 🖤

I love seeing the judges' faces during this kind of performance, they are just amazed by what is happening in front of their eyes. There are few lip syncs that can make you feel that way and Mhi'ya has definitely made her mark, she could make it all the way to the final that I would be delighted to see her continue to thrill us on stage.
