0:36 You know... that Khezu fight ran pretty similar to how an imagined fight would go against regular humans. Getting hit by that much electricity would kill you very, verrrrry quickly. The lack of music makes it even better.
@@lexo632 The "Micro-penoth" version. What you've never heard of it? Can't believe you've never beat up a Micro-penoth! It's like behemoth or extremoth... But neutered, kind of... Well, so to speak. It's a lot less aggressive, and doesn't enrage because it's never had to protect it's breeding rights. Never having breeding rights to protect in the first place, of course. It's a close relative to "Lowselfesteemoth" basically, if you've fought that. Nothing like "Sweet Sixteenoth" hooolllyyy cow they are vicious and the fight is so damn annoying. But the very worst version is the "Regimeoth." It invented the burrito, got 9 holes in one and finished 36 under par it's FIRST TIME GOLFING. As you can imagine, a very hard enemy.
@@neku2741 I mean, anything could do that really with wirebug whisperer and 3 bugs. DB just looks cooler because it hits multiple times in the air easily, then has the pizza cutter down your spine move to finish it off. I do love wyvern flight switch skill I believe it's called though. You can launch into the air on demand, yet still do combos if you start with an "A" attack instead of "X." Once the combo is started you can add in your "X" attacks, and the roundslash is on "A" anyway in archdemon and demon, heavily used of course. I don't need to mention the "X+A" in demon and arch, so plenty of moves if it's not appropriate to launch yourself into the air, kinda OP if you ask me. IG still takes the cake for aerial kinda though, they can vault into the air inherently without requiring a switch skill, or you to attack a monster before you can get airborne, much easier to do dodges. Also it's easy to loop air attacks. But man, if only they were stronger... Maybe you're right lol. I'd much rather sit on the ground with red buff... IG was a ground weapon in World too, but there was nothing to get you into the air except cliffs for the other weapons in that one really so IG was still premier for getting your pilots license. I think all weapons are the new IG in Rise.
6:25 Bishaten said without my fruit I am nothing and starts having a existential crisis ( bet he was saying in his mind “why are we here…just to suffer?” and to that I say “ Suffer you must my friend, to live is to suffer in a sense ”
As a SnS user, the Apex Zinogre clip did hit me in a visceral way. Although in my case was thinking I could shield Apex Seregios' double crescent kick. Still painful though
I´m starting to believe that 4:07 may be one of my hunts because a few days ago I was doing the Apex Arzuros emergency quest and someone fainted and failed the quest when someone just joined in.
feels kinda good to see clips like 2:46 tbh. people refuse to spend 2-3 min grabbing birds or to use item buffs for the emergencies. i started a collection of screenshots of all the times randoms ignore my warnings only to triple cart before the 5 minute mark
After a 1 month hiatus from rise I gotta say I am STOKED after hunting my first Valstrax, such a cool monster. Gonna try out some more og titles like generations ultimate :)
Ouch, that guard break from the Apex Zinogre ... I've _been_ there. In MH4U I was hunting a Kirin (in Guild Quests, Lv.126+) and it did the angry charge followed by lightning bolts except I was against a wall so it kinda skidded across the wall at a slow angle and EVERY bolt hit me. I blocked it (charged CB + Latent Power active) but I could see it just continuously chipping away at my health with every hit until I carted. (Ironically, without Latent Power active I probably could have survived it eating through my stamina and taking a full zap....)
The 2nd clip, I felt that. The first hit, I was like WHAT!? The ISS, I said out loud "bullshit," then on the third I was like "That's just unf- okay yeah, that wasn't aimed properly"
@@cloaked7938 From what I heard, they watch just about every clip, and they do get a lot of clips. I heard someone submitted a clip like four months or so before it got featured in an episode
I highly approve of the Smash Bros. Edit at 3:37! 7:00 And that was the first time I saw the Switch Skill Tower Vault with DB useful for something. I never used it.
Hey TDS, I need you to pay a certain alatreon that refuses to give me his wings a visit, in return for your services, I’ll pay you in 100 bazelgeuse mantles
Honestly if I was the LS user at the beginning I'd take that as a win bc I get hit all the trying those counters with out alot of room. Remember dieing is zero dps
Have you gone through all the submissions? I've submitted several videos some month ago. Have you not seen anything yet, or do you just dont like mine? :D
We have a long list and go from okdest to newest. Often you have to wait several weeks for us to reach your submission because we went through older ones first
0:07 Nintendo Online may be cheap, but this is just painful to watch and makes me stay even further away from it. 1:06 i'm the only person on the world who thinks the SnS shield is good and is capable of saving your hide sometimes,but...why would you just stay there and tank everything?
When you get knocked back whilst shielding, you can’t roll away until the animation ends. If you keep getting hit, you keep getting knocked back, until either they stop attacking, or you run out of stamina. He couldn’t have escaped even if he tried
I know that, but when i see an attack that is most likely going to pummel me into the ground i eather roll away or just use that one wirebug skill that zoops you out of the way, facetanking with SnS is eather a product of dumb or desperation. I'm assuming it's most likely the later, but still, rolling away before the bad happens is better than facetanking.
