I witnessed the most hilarious glitch in MH3U the other day, and I wish I was able to record it! So I'm hunting a Lagiacrus in the Deserted Island, and we're currently swimming in zone 10 when Lagiacrus gets tired and decides to surface onshore, except that on the way over he encounters one of the nearby rock pillars (I believe the one closest to the center of the zone). Normally, collision detection would cause him to just "slide" off and around the contour of the pillar, no harm no foul, except this pillar has a small concave 'notch' on one side and Lagiacrus managed to swim dead-straight into it, so the collision detection actually TRAPS him against the pillar instead of letting him just slide off. And apparently, swimming ashore when exhausted is one of THE highest priorities in Lagiacrus's AI, he literally does NOTHING else as I keep landing hits unchallenged. The one thing that finally snaps him out of it is when his HP gets low enough that he starts limping back to his den. (I suppose a stagger or part break could also do it, but I'd broken most of those already...)
Always did. In MH4U, Frozen Seaway (zone 6) or Sunken Hollow (zone 3) where you can climb walls, it just takes a few swipes from your wall attack to peel Khezu off. And where you can leap between stalactites, it usually only takes a single jumping attack to bring Khezu down.
THIS is the reason why I subscribed on this channel. Always awesome seeing also the pros doing crazy stuff, but I'm always entertained by the Monster hunter gone wrong compilation 🤣🤣
@@elijahmoffett7059 it's the street fighter Akuma skin you can get off one of the free DLC event quest it have a SF: in front of the mission just know the Range on the top of the mountain is a big POS and hurts alot
6:40 you can't silkbind counter some of the monsters attack move, tried using Lance silkbind counter and sometimes I got the silkbind counter successfully but stiil got hit afterwards anyway, it is like the attack are counted as 2 attacks.
While this is true, it doesn't apply to the clip you timestamped. The Delex just triggered Counter Peak Performance right before Valstrax's spin hit them.
At 7:00 minutes even thou it was bullshit its kinda deserved slightly when u had a small window to heal or run away and heal, like i cannot tell you how many times i see ppl die in these clips its due to not healing or staying down or just charging back in without assessing if they should or not or taking getting knocked down a cliff as a chance to heal or sharpen
