I did an IG only run on one of my characters and if i learned anything from it,is that by going aerial you're just asking for an ass woopin'. The vertical hitboxes are just pure jank...
@@UFOToaster Yup, not sure what was the point of even buffing aerial. Ground combat still wins, but ground combat didn't get a buff. They really screwed IG in this game
@@___------ Wait,they buffed Aerial? I'm literally doing more damage by just spamming ground A+A with Red Extract. In terms of balance Rise is a mess,seems like they fucked over every weapon except for the Long Sword and the ranged weapons.
@@UFOToaster yup they buffed it by increasing damage, and then adding an aerial multiplier that scales damage to how many times you land the final attack of the stupid helicopter spin before falling.
@@___------ With how awful the hitboxes are in Rise i would not call that a buff. The only monster that i can safely go aerial against is Almudron and Rakhna,literally every other monster hits you out of the air with a charge or a slam or just by fucking moving around(looking at you,Anjanath). It's rough,thank goodness i play MH casually.
That bnahabra in the Emergency apex rathalos quest is the real end game boss. I was on my last cart about to finish the quest and he paralyzed me in the exact same spot as @5:10

I've had a moment that might have made the cut, wish I could have recorded it. So I'm with some randoms hunting Teostra, using Rajang's Rage to spam Sticky 3s. He starts to fly off with three or so Stickies yet to detonate on his face. The game makes the Hunters yell "Don't let it get away" in unison, at which point I hear three booms, and poor Teo plops out of the sky, stunned. This happened another time too, but with Kushala. Which I also didn't record.
damn, that would have been a GREAT clip. You should get some people to help you recreate it. But not me, I can't use bowguns to save my life, heavy or light lol
What about submissions for MHRise on PC via Steam? The other day I had 1 or 2 moments but no way to clip them. I use a switch controller, so I tried clipping with the screenshot button, but holding it only took multiple screenshots.
I had one when I was using the sideways wire bug long sword attack (forgot what it was called) I hit zinogre get stunned as he whacks me with his tail and have half of a millimeter of health but the hits that come after the first knock him over and I barley survive
