Why Narga and not Tigrex? cause tigrex has also white sharp and more EFR, is it because of the Narga 2 slot? But as always nice Axe hopper run would love to see a Savage axe run.
I'm not 100% sure but from what I know narga is proffered because of the high affinity, white sharpness and not much less EFR, and it has the 2 slot as well, making it easier to build around as well as competitive with tigrex
I have experimented with tigrex builds.PB is 3'5X And I found the critical rate uncertainty.And more importantly, I couldn't put the Artillery LV3 i need to grind for a good talisman for do that
Rapid morph is good for spinning slash builds, but not for builds like this one that utilize axe hopper. Rapid morph does nothing to change the axe hopper transformation, and doesn’t make it faster. Rapid morph ends up being a waste of a skill for axe hopper and SAED focused builds
Most charge blade users will tell you counter peak performance is the best way to go. But you know something counter peak performance isn't quite as fun as mega jumping into the air and slamming down on a monsters head with the full smite power of Thor.
For some reason I find Bagel SUPER annoying in Rise when i compare him to World (where he was my test subject for builds). Everything he does sends me into the freaking sky XD
I know people are always using rajang for axe hopper or saed spam. but i firmly believe the crits from nargacuga CB make up alot more dmg. the the phials are only about 20 or 30 less dmg each phial , which is only 100 to 150 dmg drop on phials. its not terrible when you consider your axe hits are so meaty
I know that I came like 2 years later, but Nargacuga cb its more for savage axe skill, because of the multiple hits for it. Another thing its that phials damage dont get affected by crit damage, like Gunlance shells. And Rajang cb its more used for the rampage augment of bludgeoner.
Compared to other weapons? hell no. HH earthshaker, Bow aerial aim, LS helmbreaker, etc. easily beat in terms of dps. Compared to other CB moves? No again, that has to go to CSS. Axe hopper is run on very few matchups compared to CPP + CSS. The only others i can think of are rajang and rakna-kadaki. CSS is incredibly over-centralising in this game cuz of how bad the phial hitboxes are and that fact that monsters have sped up so much while AED/SAED/Axe Hopper animations are so slow.
@@lollol-ix9fj i mean yeah, that's a wakeup of which you get 1 per hunt. Bigger number once Better dps. By that logic GS is the best weapon. Actually Hammer might even be able to get a better wakeup. Not trying to start an argument, just stating the facts. CB is objectively worse than nearly half the weapons in the game, and Axe hopper is objectively worse than CSS in most matchups.
