Hi Maestro, I was just wondering if you ever plan on doing some sort of SnS guide since you're one of the only SnS players I can find here on YT and I'd love to step up my SnS game :)
5:40 - This was insane. Three of the super quick body slams in a row all dodged without even being able to see where he's coming from because he's so damn fast lol.
out of curiosity, besides bigger openings, are you backhoping with guard input most of the time? some time ago started playing sns and often times even after a small break from attacking i tend to just to a slash behind me instead of a backhop but you seem to get if flawlessly every time :P
Can someone explain to me the mindset of using the charged attack rather than the normal combos for the weapon? It seems way too risky and when I use it, the damage doesnt seem better than just swinging with the B/Circle button combo.
That's because the lunge -> shield bash combo relies heavily on raw damage, whereas any attack with the sword deals heavily elemental damage. If you've been playing elemental SnS and you rely more on your elemental damage, you won't get the most bang for your buck. Shield bash SnS makes elementless SnS viable.
