AT Nerg has 26k+ HP, he still hits super hard and can punish you quickly for a misplay. Sometimes even straight up oneshotting you without the proper set up.
Now... about the run.
It's not super clean and it'll take a ton of time to get a super clean run as 26k HP is huge.
7'15 for now is a good time though I'm very certain that sub 6'30 and perhaps sub 6 are both possible.
My felyne skills were Moxie and Defender (Hi) to increase my chances of survivability and the Mega Armorskin also helped a bit during the Rocksteady phase.
I'll definitely try for a better time!

Information about the build:
Empress Edge Ruin is the SnS to go here. Its sharpness lasts long enough, it deals a lot of damage and recovers your HP even faster with Hasten Recovery. Nergigante deals a ton of damage through your Rocksteady mantle.
I ditched Peak Performance because it hasn't a reliable uptime in this fight but Slugger III also seemed like a waste after all.
