If modders keep this up, they're going to be able to make an unofficial DLC before Rise gets a G version. The skinwork is phenomenal.

How!? They matched every aspect entirely. The hair even has physics?! The black hole in the background? Blown my mind completely. Even the music sounds remastered too. I'm absolutely shocked at the quality level of this mod...

This is seriously impressive work, I’m even more impressed that they actually changed how Fatalis’s ultimate attack works on a fundamental level making it actually call down bolts of red lightning, and they changed his long cone Fire breath to look like he’s charging up an attack, and then at the end of the animation actually sending out said attack in a AOE circle lightning chain, seriously I *CANNOT* express enough how impressive this is, I mean even going as far as making the sky resemble the black hole White Fatalis comes out of in his opening cutscene, like man.....seriously impressive work.

Holy. Fucking. Shit. The amount of effort and love put into this mod is just incredible. Hats off to the creators, because they made the objective BEST mod in Monster Hunter; It genuinely looks like something the official MH devs made. These guys need to get hired for MH. My one and only complaint from this is that the lightning strike attack is just not chaotic enough to be White Fatalis's ultimate attack. If there were, like, TWICE as many lightning strikes happening it'd be perfect.

Aside from certain attacks needing a bit more visual oomph, this is perfect.

Seeing seltas going wild on fatty while he’s doing his ult was the highlight for me

The charged blast seems a little... Underwhelming. However, changing the cone breath to the secondary charge breathe was awesome as well as the changed ultimate.

Holy fuck this is so high quality. If you told me this was an official update I'd almost believe you In fact seeing that ultimate attack I probably would believe you Holy shit

This is easily the best monster mod out there. Sure it's nothing too crazy but this legit looks like what a modernized White Fatalis

Actually amazing! And as a suggestion, in order to make the ultimate attack more effective, keep the random lightning strikes as it is, but ALSO make lightning bolts constantly chase the player like in 4U. This will force them to be on the run, in turn making the random lightning much more deadly

Possibly the coolest and most impressive mod I've ever seen

Now this is quality of the utmost degree. Some of the lightning effects lack a little impact, but the attack patterns are great and they could probably just stack more of the effect to make it look stronger. I don't think we'll see something top this for a while if ever, but then again, the really impressive stuff usually doesn't come out until years after a game is done with updates. The anniversary White fatty music was an excellent choice and they even recreated the black hole.

This is so awesome. I can't believe it's so accurate. I would love to hear the old eagle-like cry, with that it would be the perfect mod for me. But great job either way to the whole team!

I love the moving evil eye. It gives this idea that even though we have defeated fatalis. The armor and weapons are living things

Insane part about this fight is the fact that it seems WAY more fair and telegraph than the normal Fatalis fight in Iceborne, which I love. You also don’t get fucking obliterated or one-shotted when making mistakes, which I appreciate a lot. May honestly download this if I ever decide to get this game/mod for PC.

The only criticism i can really add is that i think the lightning storm he calls down should track the players a little more, so that way they don’t stand in one place the whole time while it happens, beyond that this mod is just done in such quality i’d be surprised if Capcom doesn’t pay the mod makers so they can make this the official White Fatalis and put him in MHR, just well done all around

Good job on visuals. Difficulty wise, this is obviously nothing compared to regular Fatalis, for a variety of reasons, but the experience enough is really great and is worth writing home about.

As someone who has never been able to fought the previous Fatali, I'm honestly excited for when this mod releases. The Fatalis family of monsters has become one of my favorites and I don't own any of the older consoles for the older games so I'm unable to play. This is some mighty fine work!

Ambience music in the beginning was calming 🥳

This is amazing. I had no idea anyone could or would mod the map like that-I suppose it should be a given with that tower top mod but it just escaped me. I had also heard from a number of people that modding Fatalis’s ult was impossible or beyond them so seeing it done is blowing my mind here. Nevertheless I’d be lying if I said it didn’t feel very unfinished. There’s absolutely nothing this White Fatalis does (or at least showcases) that doesn’t feel entirely less threatening than vanilla Fatalis, which (imo) is against the entire point of this monster. The attacks are less visually spectacular, easier to dodge, and (at the absolute least compared with phase 3 Fatalis) less deadly. The charged fireballs are a particular letdown, with the phase 3 DoT patches they leave behind really not making up for it at all, and the fan-shaped flame modification while very cool looking, in practice is just... not dangerous and an even bigger window to wail on Fatalis’s head; something else really needs to go on during that charge up, both visually and gameplay-wise. The floor lines are good, but having seen the other mod’s version of them as full lightning strikes I have to say I prefer the other one and all it’s oomph in this regard. With that in mind, I’m sure the modders are aware of a lot of or all of this and I’m taking this as an *extremely* exciting work in progress that will perhaps be the greatest mod for Iceborne to date and I can’t wait for more. I would offer *any* help I could potentially be of the group, but I don’t know what that could be other than playtesting/feedback or ideas. I’ve done some minor work in game design in planning boss encounters for what that’s worth, but that doesn’t make me a modder. (I’m not a modder, lol)

Capcom really needs to contract those creators, or at least give them some credit because this is SO well done.

But this is beautiful! It's great how modders create so much perfection that even the creators of the game don't make it, just the fact that it's not vanilla game strangely makes me sad ..

Honestly i feel like the white fatalis has always felt more cinematic compared to black and red. Prolly cuz of the rain.

I feel like they would bring Crimson on Rise, and Old Fatalis on Gen 6. It would be awesome to see how Old Fatalis Arena-wide lightning strike looks in HD.

His transition phase attacks are amazing and the music and the background is spot on. I just think his normal attacks didn't have that power I see in Josh and cottons new video on white fatalis that was created by another modder

Anyone gonna mention the fact that that glaive is awesomely made with its kin... I mean Seltas! Me needs that glaive and Seltas!!!! also good job with the intro music, its nice and goes well with the wind of the game, wish there was a version of that but just in a loop.
