I was going to get a stun(which is why I used shield bashes at some point in the vid) and also my PR finisher went for the wrong part a couple of times. Sub 3 is definitely possible.
Basically all I did was just perfect rushing, we've got too strong equipments :p

even with the PR finisher going to the wrong part, having a 3min run is insane. i think that's the same amount of time it takes for me to buff myself and mentally prepare to fight.

Is it safe to say SnS have higher DPS than GS and DB? I don't think any melee weapons can beat SnS in speedrun right now.

Depends on the matchup. I think the GS would beat the SnS when fighting something like the Rajang. And then the DB is a little better than the SnS against a Savage Deviljho. The LS would do better against Velkhana or Fatalis.

Like the comment below, it depends on the matchup. But, the only other weapon to out DPS SnS at this point against a monster like Nerg would be HBG (the speedrun king)

@@devv197 The top 3 Blademaster weapons currently against Ruiner in order is Hammer, GS, and SnS. These records were still with Safi weapons. SnS got overtaken by GS about a month ago on the Alatreon records.
