I got this fella last week, put some stickers on him and he looks so awesome with the KO versions of the ROTB figures! And yes, the extras are freaking awesome. For the price SO worth it. Awesome review sir!! Very unfortunate you’re missing the Noah Diaz and accessories because this set is sweet!!!

The back of the truck is great, especially with the partsforming making it 100% accurate. If only the shoulders were akin to the DNA version, a smaller version of this would be the perfect Prime.

Seriously, for 35usd or less includes the figure and all this accessories is INSANE. IS REALLY GOOD 🤩

Good review as usual. I just realized you missed a step in the transformation though. You forgot to swivel the silver shoulder pieces around between the two smokestacks.

Hi! I just got this figure from TFSafari bc ShowZee was sold out. Do you know if it’s supposed to come with the blades and ion blaster attached? I ordered a sealed box and they sent me an open box with the rest of my order jammed inside the packaging so I’m getting all the info I can on if they sold me a used copy for full price or if they just opened up my mint in box and moved a bunch of stuff around to make shipping easier.

i have the BmB OP-01. to be honest, i am actually considering picking up this guy as well simply because of the accessories. The OP-01 is a direct <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="61">1:1</a> replicate of the SS102 while is not a bad thing, the accessories are definitely lacking. Awesome review once again PrimeVsPrime!

In truck mode, the parts that attaches to the back... The parts that the trailer slides into can come off and there's a peg hole. I wonder if we'll get a trailer or maybe we can peg in another trailer from a different OP.

I got this already and MHM-01 is freaking awesome and much cleaner than the original, both robot and truck modes. I hope they come out for the rests of the characters especially Scourge.

FYI. The normal size smokestacks or upgraded smokestacks can be use on this OSKO

Yeah for me the longer exaggerated smoke stacks make him look more aggressive and emposing they just add a different dynamic look to him I really appeal to

As a big transformers fan Optimus prime figure looks incredible

I have the original Studio Series, and he has an issue, the mushroom peg in the torso doesn't stay secure when I rotate it for transformation, resulting in prime splitting in half... Does this version have that issue? Cause I'm tempted to buy it but not if he also splits 😅

The parts are not tightly linked together, there are many gaps. I couldn't attach the front of the truck until I filed down the plastic. But overall this is a pretty good product for the price, many accessories, nice paint color.

Definitely make me want to get the yolopark scourge and this figure

Got him today (aliexpress if you're having a hard time finding him, took a week to the UK) shame his big canons don't attach, they need a mod, it's discussed on TFW2005 so not just my copy, they have a solution there repurposing the extra weapons attachments for vehicle mode to do it. I'll dig through my extra Gundam parts and find or make something myself.

Correction: Most of the accessories given are remolds from indie 3d printed accessories for the ss102. The battle axe is not an upscale of the one that came with primal as the handle is different.

I didn’t realize it was oversized. Despite being a great deal, I’m really disappointed they didn’t keep it the same scale, and use the extra budget to fix those stupid shoulders and smoke stacks. It’s now a major disappointment that I can’t use all the accessories with the original version if I wanted to mix and match. Just some baffling decisions. Already placed my order 2 weeks ago so it’ll be in soon, at least I know before getting it. Thanks for the review!

I think that’s one of the most accurate Optimus trailer beds I’ve seen

ngl I was a bit worried this guy wouldn't scale that well w/ Megatron and Scourge, seemed a bit bigger than the ideal “equalized” scale…actually works better than I expected in the 2007-ROTF Voyager/Leader Prime vs Megs-esque sense of minor size difference. Hell he looks almost equal to the unmodded Scourge which I personally love. 10/10 pickup

Does his arm cannon loose? Other reviewer got that loose arm cannon that basically non usable

anybody having trouble with the arm cannons? mine don't seem to stay on the ports

I got this figure, and I found that there's still a reason why this is a cheap KO. Both modes look great, but the parts don't tab in well. I found the front panel of the truck won't tab into the round holes, so you'll always get this big gap when looking on side view. (I also see it happening in this video). Then if you look at the truck sideview, the truck cab will never sit flushed horizontally. Then I also found his blaster again don't tab in securely so it keeps falling off. Obviously you can use tools to fix all this if you want to. But as for quality and fun, I still like the original.

The only thing stopping me from getting this figure is the fact that they kept the original shoulders, and did not improve them at all
