I listen to a guy who play 528 hertz while sleeping, and it worked great for him.. Its so hard to get people real truth, results on anything. But here is mine. The 528 hertz frequency does work. 3 hours or sleep felt like a 8 hours plus. This is a very energetic healing, miracle frequency. This is a saviour!! I have severe pts”d”. Hadn’t slept properly for a week. Finally was just getting into a deep sleep and was woken up to a danger. Finally fell asleep again with this and was woken up to a loud ring on my phone right beside me when I had gone into deep sleep for the second time. With severe anxiety I listened again and over two hours got to sleep again with this on and woke up again to a door knock early in the AM. Felt tired but normal!!!!!!!!! This is very powerful. You can also use frequencies to charge water. I charge my drinking water (in glass or metal containers) and also my bath water. Recently we set up speakers near a fish tank for some sick fish 🐠 and saw immediate results and a much faster healing time than what we’ve seen previously. I haven’t used pure frequencies on the fish yet. Water is one of the best conduits for energy. I highly recommend charging water for any purpose you use it for.

If you want to test it and verify for yourself you can download a spectrum analyzer for your phone. I have one and use it all the time just for fun, I have this weird obsession with frequencies and how they affect human consciousness. I even used my spectrum analyzer on the back of a bus because I noticed that people always fall asleep on the back of buses but not sure whether it's due to the physical vibrations or the sound vibration, maybe a combination of the two. I don't remember what the exact frequency was but know that a 60Hz binaural is good for sleep so it's probably some harmonic of 60Hz.

Let me just say I’ve been working a lot and needed sleep but I’d lay down and wouldn’t fall asleep until 2 hrs laters. With this pure tone I didn’t even know I was sleep, no intruding thoughts, no thinking about tomorrow. I went to sleep at 6pm woke up at 9 because someone woke me up went right back to sleep until 5am best sleep I’ve had in a while.

I would like to say that for about two to three weeks I've been listening to (close to 24/7) any and ALL of these frequncies daily and I have also been typing out the Emerald Tablets daily (plan to type it a total of 100 times) and the short time I've been doing this I have been feeling and seeing the transformation. Idk if this is too much tmi.. but for the last few months I been so stressed out that my period has been weeks late each time and irregular. But when it's really bad I'm able to listen to this and go to sleep for a little to reset my body at least for a little bit

To everyone asking how to charge water… I personally leave it on for 4 hours. I grab headphones and big glass bowl and put headphones over the bowl as if making the St. Louis arch tower over the bowl then I drink it before bed. Never use plastic or metal just glass
