What a huge talent!!!! I saw her live in Sydney, when she was supporting Bonnie Raitt. Let me tell you , she brought the house down. She has the groove of an old bluesman & more sass than a dozen of the trendy musicians, who have achieved a lot more commercial success. Her music is very reminiscent of early 'Little Feat'.......a huge wrap!!!! Excellent singing & perfect accompaniment.
i watched mia twice at tilleys. wrote down the playlist from her 2nd show and have shared the copies(as i have collected all her cds) i do however miss jen cloher she was lead into mis's first show...loved her boss cover, her music now...have it...? when is mia playin beerwah qld?
