This is a different version of Immortal's Mountains of Might - Different tuning, breaks and structure. This is Abbath's version. bass used: Mia W. Wallace Black Beast by www.liuteriabel...
When Mia did the 2nd gig with Triumph Of Death in Germany, her bass sound REALLY captured the noize by Urs aka Steve Warrior...she did an awesome job !!! Don't know why she left the band, but it can't be for musical reasons.
As a casual fan of Abbath and whatever Tom G. Warrior happens to be doing I knew the name but only recently looked at her career/work, fucking awesome.
Bass VS Zombies I advise you to listen with headphones or through monitors, because the bass is hugely loud but don’t forget it’s a black metal song and the bass is distorted.
@@miawinterwallace7830 Fair enough :) By the way, it would be very interesting for me (us?) to watch a video about your sound. I mean what effects you use, etc. Just an idea :)
Abbath use a lot of boss chorus pedal if I had to guess it Mia use some compression and Rat distortion pedal. The tremolo make sense Mia, I have a Kahler trem on one of my bc rich bass. Hit some harmonics a do some dive bomb with E(D) string as in style of Dimebag Darrell. Slam the E all the way down after reach bottom hit two harmonics on 7th fret top two strings(D, G) and pull all the way up and then shake it. Fun stuff but I also love your technique of bending the neck, Tommy Prong does that all the time on his SG guitar as well, but you look so much better than him🤷♂️😂 Looks so cool))))) hope you have nice day there
Beautiful bass, one day I will have one similar to yours. I saw you in your last gig in Argentina with Abbath, it's a shame I didn't see you with nervosa but I hope to see you playing black metal with that animal passion that you have
You will probably do better, but since six months ago I was with a radial nerve paralysis and I still have 10 screws and a metal plaque on my right humerus, that has been broken in 7 pieces.
@@miawinterwallace7830 Nobody will understand how difficult can be to recover, I do because I had the same problem and I'm playing guitar. I never recovered fully. You did Nervosa and other great works, I admire you for your strength
If you would care to create blasphemy with the likes of tbee ? I am aveilable for your blasphemous plan. Have drums and guitar awaiting your arrival. Hail
