2:40, 14:49, and 16:05 are my favorite moments on this video. Awesome footage of the 727. That's a sound you don't hear much anymore....3 JT8D's spooling up simultaneously. All of the A380's and 747's were a real treat to see also. Great video.
This is fantasic! The plane that took off at 1:00 must have been a jet freighter because I saw no windows on the side of the fuselage. So where exactly did you shoot these videos without getting harassed or arrested by the airport police? Once again, great job!
@flymia69 I think the locals call it the holes... The fence there has camera holes cut into it and signs clearly stating photography is allowed there. If you google it a spotters page comes up with directions.
This might be a really stupid question, but I'm gonna ask it anyway. The Atlas Air 747 at the beginning of the video, is there something wrong with it? You spend a fair amount of time observing it. The way it is setting on the tarmac doesn't look right, aside from the ground equipment around it. I enjoyed the video, thanks for posting.
Very Good Vid, High Quality. What type of plane was that at 13:26? It was white with no markings!?!? Is that some type of commercial or military plane? Thanks for any response.
What lens are you using and are you using manual or auto focus? I have the D3100 as well and the auto focus always seems to be "searching". Great video btw, my favorite was the AmeriJet 727, my all time favorite plane, 1st one I've seen with winglets.
the only thing that I see landing and taking off from MIA is American Airlines. I know that MIA is one of there main hubs from come on! Give me another plane!
