Jorge has a point. Since it is the fighters who do all the hard work and winning and losing. Professional fighters should be their own entities and represent themselves and not fighting organizations.Fighting organizations should only exist to put on events. Fighters should be making most of the money not the organizations profiting from their hard work.
while I agree with you to some extent, the financial and legal liabilities lie with the promoters who put on the show, so as a result of that risk, they receive more money.

Jorge wasnt serious about his career at this point and he was still really good. Now he is serious, you can totally see a huge difference and he is beating guys he would have gotten stomped by when this was filmed.
