Maybe newly built condos but a lot of the complexes just dont have cars in them cuz a lot of them cant drive for one reason or another so they look empty

@@UzumakiNaruto_ so u have some type of plan for all this? This is what half of Dade looks like... Many of these areas in cities were built like this by design during segregation. Miami is a new City, hell its still being built! But anyway you cant really expect everything to be all great in such a little time frame(in comparison to the time line of the beginning of America (when whites first step on North American soil). Yo can't fight progress in a free society.
I just want ppl to know that an area having palm trees is NOT equal to the area being “nice”. Palm trees are just a result of location and climate and will grow where they are able to lmao, and so they grow here because it’s just a tropical climate. This is still the hood and is NOT a vacation or tourist area. I know people who live in this area and constantly tell me about how there are shootings. I’ll be on the phone with them sometimes and I can hear gunshots in their neighborhood. Sure to ppl who don’t live south Florida palm trees and warm weather seems nice but trust me just because there are palm trees, by no means does that mean the area is nice at all.
i think youre missing the point a little bit. what that is trying to say is that the area, aside from being filled with troubled people, seems to be maintained and taken care of. the houses look like places you can live in, the roads and sidewalks are usable, there is even a bike lane for god's sake. in many other places, including where I live, a place that looks like that is perfectly a middle class neighborhood. just puts into perspective how things vary from country to country.

Hello everyone from Russia. Subscribed to Charlie's channel for a long time. It is interesting to see a part of life in the USA. To be honest, these poor neighborhoods from these videos are just trash. During the day there are no people on the street, but at night there are a lot of drunk, aimlessly standing people on the roadsides and near cars. For some reason, they shout and swear a lot. The police often appear. You won't see this anywhere in Russia. During the day, our streets are full of people. Who works, who just walks. Everything is peaceful and calm. I live in Siberia in a small village. Now we have -30. What I see in the video, this is a huge contrast with the life we have. All over the world.
@@lsaint-lou1657 In the US quality of life is few times better than in Russia. Generally there is no middle class there. Small group of people is very rich and the rest is poor so neighborhoods are generally similar to each other.

I'm gonna make a comment of my opinion. I truly believe hoods are very special and that people that are from there, including myself are lucky to have experienced living in that way. The crime sucks, drama sucks, robbery sucks, but I would say, living in this way does something to your character other areas don't. Many people wish to be from the hood, because the hood is fun. Growing up, it was alive, it felt real, the community was like a family. The suburbs or anywhere else may have a glimpse of that, but it just doesn't compare for the most part. I am not speaking for ALL suburbs when I say that. People from the hood tend to have a more developed personality early on and much more real and straight up way about going about things. Not all of them, but most. There's something very special about being from the hood. Yes there's ups and downs, but the experiences do something to you in a powerful way other areas do not. This is why people wish they were from there. People wish they could be in an area where they feel alive...but a lot of it probably is a misunderstanding from the media as well. But even so, the hood is a very unique thing. So my brothers and sisters from the hood, understand we are lucky.
u trippin. only thing good bout the hood is when there ain no beef. black people always give the sense of community. its because of our history and what we been through.black people are/will always be the life of the party and we also mature quicker because of the that same reason(Not all, but majority) . Most of south Florida like palm beach broward and Miami are pretty similar and are different from pretty much everywhere else in FL but still have some differences. For example Miami is far different from a city like st Augustine or something. Miami is more dangerous, more ppl, different cultures, different plant life (palm trees) etc. But he mainly trying to say that Miami is very dangerous and it is.

While its nice that alot of black people make it as football players, watching the Superbowl it was pretty interesting to see how little they've changed even when they become millionaires.
