I with you man, they should stop abusing orcas butting them into bathtubs, seaworld does the same but is completely worse, Its not the orcas fault they attack us , its our fault for getting them stressed
The whole thing is beyond painful. I want to scream WHY IS THIS NOT ILLEGAL!!!! I feel nauseous with claustrophobia in just a few moments of watching her in her tragic prison tank. Never mind her 50 years of incarceration. In 2018 HOW is this still happening?! ...That it can still be going on? This swimming pool is not even big enough for a seal. WHY can’t she at the very very least retire into a much much larger tank if the “experts” insist she wouldn’t survive in a sea pen???

I agree but they can't release it in the ocean because since they are use to being fed and swimming in a clean pool they could die in the wild not only because they can't catch food yet because of bacteria in the ocean that are harmful to them
It freaks me out seeing how tiny this pool is, at first I thought it was just the dolphin pool and I thought it was small enough for them, then Lolita appears
🚫😔👎🏽👎🏽 🚫PERSONAL STORY: A few days I ago I when with my family to Miami seaquarium I saw the tickets in Groupon and it was my first time ever going but when I got in it was the most horrible experience. The tanks were so dirty, they had birds and they seem bored one was pecking it's feathers off a sign of stress, and the rays were in display for people to touch but I understand it's not little kids fault many were hurt as little kids gather to touch them a little bit hard the employees don't care about animal health it was 5 dollars to feed them, but the most sad part was seeing Lolita I didn't realize the tank was so small you have to see it in person to understand why people are protesting it extremely small!!!! They have a petty PowerPoint presentation and they mention a reason they won't release it is because she won't be used to ocean water!!! That doesn't make a bit of sense she was born and capture from the ocean and after the show she sink in the bottom motionless, I left sad and feeling guilty for even going I complain to Groupon but my comment was lost as they would only show the good comments and many people who had complain were thrown in the dark...please everyone lets not give up for Lolita and all the animal in the horrible torture park!!!!

Okay I agree but they can't release her that's what people don't understand if u do she will die because she doesn't know how to catch food and she is not use to the bacteria in the ocean that'll kill her I agree tho that they should stop breeding them for the parks only and have them in a fish tank I've seen shark tanks bigger than that and especially for such a beautiful creature what is wrong with people
They released another Orca from this facility who is a former pod member of Lolita. Still swimming happy in the ocean. Considering her family is alive they can reintroduce her still. Both the other two responses are incorrect as are Seaquariums' claims.
I've been to the seaquarium in 1968 as a kid and I returned in January of 2011 to show it to my husband and look for places I've been as a kid and places that my parents took pictures of me and my brother and couldn't find it anymore it's not like it used to be since the hurricane in 2005 this park should close all together it's not like it used to be and the animals are not happy they should be let go but again they've been in captivity so long out in the ocean they would probably die. I couldn't even find the house where they used to tape flipper
Honestly, it's not the guy's video I hate its the fact that humans like to use animals for their own amusement also we cut down trees. A wise man once said, "when all the trees are gone man kind will then realize that they cannot eat paper."
seems to be a cool park but that tank doesn't meet space requirements for Lolita and the Pacific white sided dolphins, the other dolphin tanks are bigger than that. that tank is more of a rehabilitation tank for their park to rehabilitate their animals. they can just put their Pacific white sided dolphins in their flipper tank or their dolphin tank and they can be with the other dolphins but Lolita can just be moved to SeaWorld Orlando and join the other orcas there but by 2019 she'd be part of the orca encounter and it be like a almost natural surroundings environment for her and she'd be happy healthy and have companionship with corky if she moves there before Lolita but be like home for her.
Okay so I guess we can get rid of the myth that having a dorsal fin collapse is equal to unhappy mood in captivity, because Lolita's dorsal fin is up and fine and she's been in captivity for over 40 years. What does that tell ya?

I think its wrong to put one large orca and dolphins in one tank. People from Miami seaquarium should expand the tank to that huge one at seaworld. Also give her a friend
+Frank Pabon First of all, how about you watch "Lolita Slave To Entertainment" first? They are keeping a orca in a illegal tank. Don't buy a ticket. Also, don't go to any other animal slavery parks like SeaWorld or stuff like that. Animal abuse is the only words that describe that horrid seaquarium.
