Some one who abuses its animals like that. Are cruel and unkind. This place needs to close and let these poor suffering animals live in a safe environment somewhere else. It upsets me deeply, hate seeing animals suffer and abused. LET THEM BE RELEASED FROM THE HELL THEY ARE LIVING IN.
