The battle between the Miami Seaquarium and Miami-Dade County has returned to the spotlight after the theme park pushed back following the termination of its lease. CBS News Miami's Nikiya Carrero details why the Seaquarium refuses to close its doors.

And this is not the only prison for Marine animals in Florida. There are more in the keys, not to mention that this company also purchased Marineland in Saint Augustine, North Florida.

It’s not an option….. They are ending your lease. You have to leave, it’s not a choice.

The developers are just chafing to get this property for development so they can pack more people into High Rise Condo's.........they make up the animal cruelty to justify themselves...........sad.
