What a simple, brilliant album. It feels creative without trying too hard to be ambitious, straight to the point without being boring or not enough. Love this!

its music inspired by the 80s made today. its not the original 80s synthpop. i agree that most mainstream music is generic but it seems you are mistaken there, back in the eighties the term synthwave was not even a thing. it was just pop (now synthpop).
"Dreamer '84" sounds a lot like "Nightlands" by Droid Bishop. Not necessarily calling it a rip-off or anything like that, though. I think this record is pretty great!
