This is so interesting. Gd tells the Israelites in the bible that when they enter the land of Israel, the first thing they have to destroy and root out all idolatry. That's what all these giant overarching ideologies are - idolatries. Socialism, messianism... Anything with an ism. Get rid of all the isms. It took 70 years, but maybe the Israeli public is finally ready to leave behind all these overarching ideologies.
