Micah Parsons was born on May 26, 1999, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. His parents are Terrence and Sharese Parsons. At first, Parsons went to Central Dauphin High School but later transferred to Harrisburg High School, where he began to develop his skills as a running back and defensive end. At the time, many official sources ranked Parsons as the fourth and seventh-best recruit in his class. As Micah kept performing incredibly in the field, multiple universities like Nebraska, Georgia, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Alabama, and Penn State, sent him offers to play for them. He eventually decided to take a football scholarship from Penn State, he even accelerated his high school graduation to quicken the process. This became very useful for the university since Parsons played for two whole years at Penn State.
