No players ever improved and their tactics were always punt the ball into the box from wide even under Gerrard, in Europe sit back and punt long balls on the break. Basic football and Thats not a good coach, not even a decent one. Not a single player who ever worked with him improved they all got worse Kent, Morelos, Barisic, Kamara, Tavernier etc only guy who ever improved while at Ibrox recently was Bassey and that was with Van Bronkhorst all their other players just go on a downward spiral the longer they are there.
