Can’t wait for Tony’s interview where he repeats the same thing for the past 7 fights, oh he fired this coach, rehired this coach going back to his wrestling roots etc.. no hate I’m a big Tony fan
How he did a lot of introspection and he learned a lot about himself. How before he was fighting for everybody else, but now it's for himself. How UFC has done him dirty but he's not thinking about that anymore.
Give it to Tony! Let him win it. You beating Tony chiesa will affect your out of ring career. Focus on being a peoples person and put the house on Tony to win. Win Win. Still got more fights chiesa. Let Tony win.
Michael had things going for him. Then he got the McGregor money from the cut on the bus and this dude chose to sit back and relax and stopped taking fighting seriously. He chose to take a desk job, live comfortably with McGregor money and half ass fighting and lost again and again and again. Who remembers his drunk ass running around during a ufc event. This dude ain’t a fighter anymore. He took the money became relaxed and is depressed because he’s not in the limelight anymore and no one cares to watch him. The views on this interview will back that up.
Yeah he mentions being hurt by Holland's comments about him but Holland was dead-on... Chiesa doesn't look like he even wants to be in there anymore and at the first sign of resistance, he folds up and calls it a day. Also pretty much all the active fighters who make decent money with commentating seem to lose interest in competing (Anthony Smith, Paul Felder, Alan Jouban etc.
