He's trying to say white people are inherently privileged and inherently oppress black people, and because it's so natural for them they don't even know they're doing it. It's horribly disgusting and ironically just as racist as he thinks white people are. The only way I presume this can be rectified in his mind is if white people become the oppressed and unheard ones and black people get to dominate them. That's just more racism. That's just revenge. Not to mention he's here at a debate in a suit sounding knowledgable getting to say all this stuff, not appearing to be very oppressed.
