I really enjoyed watching this. Michael is a brilliant Canadian. We should be very proud of him.

I enjoy his Movies...he is an intelligent man and more than an Actor...he is a man with a purpose and he knows what it takes to make a difference.....My Mom's Family is Cherokee and my Dad's side is from London England being white English...I am proud to know my Heritage on all sides...and with my white skin and blue eyes...my blood still runs the same...there is a respect for all cultures...and now my precious daughter whose father is black...is getting married to a darling first Nations man....we are a rainbow Family and love everyone the same....I hope that Michael Greyeyes continues to shine like the wonderful star he is...

Wow! Michael bristles with joy and excitement as he speaks of his experiences. He certainly has chosen the right road as a teacher and performer! I could learn so much at his feet. He is infectious and stimulating!!!

I don't know when I've enjoyed a speech more than this one. I learned a lot from it; amazing things I didn't know before this. I can understand why he is such a good educator. His mind appears to be both artistic and logical. Most people only utilize either the artistic or the logical part of their brain; few use both. One of my daughters has that ability. When she was in college, she was termed to be a genius. I term Michael Greyeyes to be a genius! I also have a brother who is in that same exalted class. I am NOT a genius, but just a normal person. Raising a gifted child was a real challenge! She often knew more than I did about a certain subject, which left me groping for answers. I'll bet Michael's parents were challenged in this same way.

Very interesting speech, with inputs of humour, & that wonderful smile. I found the part on lanquage most interesting, as I have lived in several countries where English was not the mother-tongue. In Jordan, I learnt enough of the spoken colloquial Arabic to be able to hold a conversation, albeit not too lengthy. In West Africa, I learnt Mandincka, though certainly not with any great fluency. Over 30 years on, I can still speak most of the Arabic that I learnt, but in a lot fewer years, I have totally forgotten my Mandincka. We are all so capable of learning so much more than the majority of us do. Funnily enough, I am a New Zealander, living back in New Zealand, but I have never learnt to speak Native New Zealand Maori, which is now taught at school ...I suppose that is because English is spoken by everyone. A wonderful, meaningful speech by Michael.

So incredibly intelligent and talented; his humility and sensitivity help to make him as attractive as that beautiful face and those soul-reaching eyes. Watching him move is like living poetry; would love to see him dance, ballet and indigenous. Why can't we all have a man like that?!??

Thank you, very interesting presentation. I as an immigrant have a hard time with the stories that are told about the pilgrims, who thery were, why they came here. Just watch a movie with Michael grayeyes . The movie name was woman walks ahead she went all the way to where Sitting Bull was just to paint a picture of him . It was definitely a good movie that's the second movie I've seen of his of him . A very handsome man when he was younger and a very attractive men now that he's older and a very good actor .

Appreciated! I took notes there was a lot to absorb. Interesting and informative speech that covers a broad range of insightful and powerful topics. More importantly, delivered with sincerity, humility and humor. I can relate in many ways. My Grandfather was a railroad slave for his passage from Northern Italy to New York although the railroad refused to release him as promised. Sadly, Italians are portrayed as the corrupt and violent Mafia. Have to search for your previous works so thank goodness for this presentation and the internet! I was just wondering what physical training and change of diet was most helpful? After years of dance and sports, both my knees are bad and this precludes me as well from the more strenuous workouts. Wow...the interesting way this relates to me is.. I too, adored and admired the movies he speaks of, for the use of the Lakota language in the majority of the films. The Last of The Mohicans may be the most beloved of all my favorite movies. In addition:, the notation of Europeans use of multiple languages is widely acknowledged. Only Americans are so arrogant that they perceive the need to only speak English. I was married to a Sicilian, whom was raised by Italians and Hungarians in a Latin American country. They all spoke 4 languages at least... and they all leaned English easily .In my faith, we have a website that is available in the most languages of any other website in the world. Some Items are translated into over 800 languages. We have translation centers worldwide and work tirelessly to bring the good news about God's plan for the earth to speakers around the globe. so that everyone has a chance to hear.. in the language of their hearts,
