I'm not Irish, but i love you Irish people and especially for hiding Michael so well and letting him enjoy some peace and relative freedom. yes i too reckon that if he had stayed and lived in Ireland he would still be alive today.
Really warms my heart when Paddy's on about his children and MJ's playing together and how they all became friends. The feeling of the biggest musician in the world staying in a house in the Midlands is weirdly hilarious to me. Thanks for coming to Ireland, Michael. We wish you stayed!

So sad he went home because he missed his mum, he should have had her come live with him over here, his mum would have loved it. The children would have had normality too. He could still record and have best of both worlds. I loved that the locals were telling the paparazzi the wrong directions, not surprised though. Poor man was being witch hunted by them. The oppressed Irish will always protect those being attacked unfairly as we were for centuries ourselves. Anyone we class as our own we'll protect. Michael was under that protection. He should have stayed. 😢

How how I wish he would have stayed there. He was getting stronger and better but when he went back to America things went downhill again. Had he stayed there he would be alive and well right now and releasing new music.

It sounds like Michael had a lot of support from the outlying community. Like the guy said, he should've stayed there. There would've been no Conrad Murray, no thieving paparazzi, and he and the kids could roam free w/o incident. He still could've made music and would've been happy.

I remember when all that crap about MJ I was working and still today working on a Hospital radio Station and I was told they were going to ban MJ songs and I was and still am the PC and I said to my Boss straight out and he was in shock I said Fuck off and I did a 3 hour special that day and even now on his birthday August 29, and sadly on his passing on June 25, and my boss now never say a word.
Well I understand that music sustained him. That he's a musician, a singer, he couldn't go too long without working on his music. But maybe he should have stayed, at least longer. One year, one year and a half. Get away for as long as possible so he at least recover his health! He could not eat and sleep well for the longest time. The peace he had in Ireland gave him the chance to take care of himself.
As a Irish person, I am honoured Michael found balance living in my home country, I wish he could have stayed longer so he could have been protected from everything back in America just waiting to destroy his life…I will forever miss you Michael

On Prince interview they stayed in Ireland and it was 7,000 Acres....3x bigger than Neverland.He said,him and his dad were in a tranquil forest and they were taking pictures and while he was posing and his dad was suppose to take his photo,Michael sudden stopped,and Prince said he heard somekind of someone walking with chains...and his dad was frightened and started running away🤣🤣🤣 Micheal had a blast there...
I am Irish and believe Ireland would have been a great permanent home for Michael and his family. The people looked after them very well and away from the paparazzi while they were here.
