Neverland has yet to be sold as it has a ton of debt on it from when Jackson fled from neverland ranch in 1993 during the '93 scandal and it's apparently accumalated around $200 million that needs to be given to the IRS before his three kids Prince, Bibi (Blanket) and Paris as well as his mom gets the money from his estate.

At this time michael jackson is still rich as hell , it was during last years michael jackson didnt have cash ,this happened because of mismanagement but had assets that are worth billions and also if he did the this is it ,he would paid debts in a day but he died before that.
I can't even fathom having so much money that I could walk into a place like this, point to everything I want, and leave without even thinking about the price. Michael was such a fascinating figure. Shame he had to leave behind such a tainted legacy.
Remember Michael growth up poor not having any toys, clothes or shoes to where all his clothes and shoes were hand-me-downs from his brothers or his dad even after Michael and his brothers became the Jackson 5 there father still hold control over their money until there were older enough to get there own money and do whatever they wanted.
