If all you ever paid attention to is current basketball and are young enough to, Lebron has dominated the game for years. He’s a great player, 1st ballot HOF and all time great 100% no doubt about it. Jordan played in a different time so this is about the best unbiased way to break it down that I’ve ever seen. The eyes never lie though. Jordan would eat Lebron alive one on one or with any fairly matched team.
Take it from a broken-hearted Knicks fan from the 90's. We had outstanding teams year after year, epic battles in the playoffs against the Pacers and others, but once we hit MJ's Bulls, it was all over. Every. Single. Year.
Them 90's Knicks teams were great teams too. Ewing, Mason, Starks, D Harper, Greg Anthony....they were a very tough team, a championship caliber team actually but MJ's team also happened to be championship caliber as well. Great battles tho.
@@EJWMA yup, don't forget Oakley, Allan Houston and LJ later on, guys like Doc Rivers and Kiki V. earlier....but it never mattered anymore once they hit the Bulls!
I remember little from my childhood but I remember watching MJ playing the finals ❤ and being an unstoppable force and the Spanish commentators where losing their mind. I wish I could had seen D rose so the same 😢
Exactly! You can’t watch highlights and make a decision, you can’t put the impact he had on the games in those highlights. MJ was FEARED, lebron isn’t.
See when we watched it live we have never saw humans do what MJ did. Now after yrs of players seeing his greatness and emulating it we see players do what he did on the regular
I am one year older than MJ so I saw him when he was playing and I have seen obviously Lebron and many other superstars - MJ took your breath away watching him - taking nothing away from all the other greats - no one else has really done that since - And I live on the other side of the world - he took the game truly global - Legend
That’s the major difference between the 2 players ,what they did for the sport of basketball!!! Jordan took the entire NBA on his back in 1984 and never touched down again since!! No one was watching the NBA in the 1980’s. everyone who grew up in mid 80’s through the 90’s knew who MJ was and he made the sport huge internationally. I would have never played or even watched basketball in Newfoundland Canada back in the 90’s if Michael Jordan is a baseball player instead of a basketball player. That’s how much of an idol he became for me. No one forgets the dunks in a time when no one was doing anything like it. Mj is the goat of competitive sports. He is the biggest superstar athlete of all time and it was a pleasure to watch him!!!
The thing about Mike's game that gets severely overlooked is the fact that he had no wasted movements. He was precise. It's like every move was precalculated.
I don’t even know how this is even a valid question. When Jordan played, people didn’t have to wonder why he didn’t play well in a game or playoff series. I don’t think he ever had a bad game. He never choked when they needed him. He never missed a game. He played sick, tired, injured and still won. People didn’t hate him because of his politics or for being lazy. People just hated him cause he was too good.
Hey there! I can add another perspective why MJ is the GOAT. I am from Germany and I was never a great basketball fan. Football or soccer as you call it in the US is the big thing here. But when Mike was playing, me and my friends gathered and stayed up whole nights, just to see him play. School or work next day? I don't care, Mike is playing. Because he did things we never saw before. That doesn't happen for Lebron. No one in Europe cares about the NBA anymore. Greets from Germany!
That's honestly pathetic. No offense. It shows what I always suspected. Most MJ stans don't even care about basketball. They just pretend to. Good thing there are plenty of super hero movies for them these days.
Jordan is the goat hands down. My mom doesn’t even like basketball. But it was dinner time, and the bulls game was on tv. It was unreal what he was doing and everyone wanted to watch live. From kids to grandparents. He put asses in seats and made crowds erupt with winning shots. What a time to be alive to see him play live
Seeing him live is what made it all worth while. He made the sport look like a true work of art. My step-dad is a huge Laker fan and is still cringy about the 1991 loss. He took me to see a number of Jordan games live, a few when he came to atlanta and orlando. Even the knicks during a road trip. The other athletes were playing like athletes, but I thought Jordan was an alien.
LeBron is why I don't watch the NBA anymore! His such a baby n cries after every play and the league allows it when their not supposed to. I was a LeBron fan up until when Kobe retired! I was a big Laker fan! I watched all the games i could ever since I was a young teenager watching MJ! Every kid wanted to be like Mike. But my favorite argument to why LeBron isn't the goat is because he's #1 in NBA history at turnovers and it ain't even close! No cap and because of how the league is with LeBron its way people are no longer fans of NBA!
Stop lying 🤣🤣🤣the. Shit u guys say is Ridiculous LeBron James is The Best Basketball Ball Player Ever Hands Down 8 Straight Finals Bruh 10 in total and he accomplished everything in his Career there is no debate
@@natterman2037 stfu LeBron James gets fouled Every play and he can't say anything because of people like u🤣🤣 I actually think he cares about sum white kids Opinions
Im not understanding what people are thinking between bron and M.j.🤷 Again there is no comparison. Bron not on M.j's level period. M.j played when there wasn't much European players, maybe 35-40 at that time if that. Bron is playing at a time when there's atleast 160+ european players who defense have made the n.b.a. full of H2o, watered down because none of them play a lick of "D"/ The floor is more open than it use to be, no holding or hand checking ine bit. So what do ppl think M.j. would do to the defense today? He would absolutely grill the n.b.a. for 42+ easy. He never failed in a finals, like bron have. Bron has the 3rd most losses in N.b.a. finals history.
I'm Italian, so I'm bound to football (or soccer, as you americans call it), never been a fan of basketball. But MJ is what made me follow it and love it back in the early '90.
What you said is the point. You don't even like basketball that much -- but you can see with a pure sportsmans eye that Jordan had intangible attributes that put him in the pantheon with the GOATS from other sports. Good call!
My favorite players of all time are Gary Payton and Shawn Kemp. Because of MJ, they never won a title. I seriously believe if MJ hadn't retired to play baseball, the Bulls would have won 8 straight championships. The things he did on the court were just amazing.
@@kenlen8029 Houston was eliminated by Super Sonic in case someone forgot showing that anything could happen at time. Have MJ stay on that team which added Tony Kukoc, Houston would have hard time beating a MJ lead Bulls in Finals, look how it was difficult for that team beating Ewing NY Knicks and the luck that Starks missed the winning shot.
Very possible they win 8. But definitely not guaranteed. When MJ retired in 93 the IL natives were deflated...the Bulls were the ONLY winning team in Chicago sports at that time. 1 superbowl. When MJ came back in 95 it was like Chicago was resurrected. Most exciting time in sports history for me. One thing we IL natives can say that nobody else can. We had MJ and Walter Payton...
That's a fact, you never heard somebody say they are the LeBron of something, IT'S ALWAYS the "Michael Jordan" of whatever area of expertise that the people are talking about at the time as an analogy to Michael Jordan's greatness!
One of the few Lebron fans that take logic and facts before any false sentiment: you got my respect for that! A piece of advice: you don't need numbers, stats, or anyone else telling/explaining who is the goat, just watch games and then you will truly understand why us old-heads keep MJ on top. You may like it or may not, but trust your eyes! Good luck!
I was a kid living in Australia in the 90's, but you'd think it was Chicago with how many people here had bulls jerseys. You forget what MJ did for the sport internationally. People who like basketball know lebron internationally, and maybe more now cause he's been in some movies and stuff.... but man EVERYBODY and their mother knew who MJ was... MJ is so iconic around the world that the most popular shoe was sold with just his silhouette. My 65 year old Scottish mother whos never watched a game of basketball in her life can point Jordan out and know exactly who he is and what he did
The biggest thing to me growing up with MJ is that everyone was an MJ fan. It didn't matter who your team was, you were excited to see MJ play. I am from Seattle and it was crushing to have the Sonics loose to the Bulls in the finals, but we still loved watching MJ.
True, Jordan never had to take serious boo and heckle fests on the road as much as both Kobe and Bron, because everyone had to accept he was incredible. And anyways also, he could take it... it would not affect him negatively in the least, he wouldn't even need to pretend not to care. If anything it would make him hurt your team harder.
And growing up at that time guess what else we didnt have. Social media to expose how michael really was. Fucking dumbasses never fucking think about how the world was back then. We all got suckered into the jordan brand cuz there was no social media and way less cameras in a persons face.
@@davec3651mj recieved way less hate than bron. Wake thee absolute fuck up. You know how many god damn posts a day are about lebron and then the millions of comments of hate. Gtfo iutta here if you think hater from fans is comparable to the onslaught of shit he faces on and off the court.
They parrot what the media tells them to. They don't know how to think. The major thing they hate to mention is MJ 6-0 and LBJ 4-6 in finals. So, all they can talk about is how Jordan era was weak. Then, they never prove how it was weaker.
The facts? The fact is Lebron is damn near more skilled in every category of basketball. If Jordan played today he’d be jimmy butler or Anthony edwards. Bron has dominated the league for 20 fucking seasons. And if your only argument is rings than you are clueless. Bulls we’re the most stacked team in history up to that point. When bron was on the heat they had wade bosh and bron and everybody else was a below average role player. Imagine Jordan’s bulls playing the warriors or spurs. They get stomped every time.
I know it sounds crazy saying Jordan was great at everything & had no weaknesses, but I'm telling you, I saw with my own 2 eyes. Normally when you see someone shoot it, for a split second you're hoping it goes in. With Mike, that NEVER happened. You knew it was going in, & it always did. Yeah, he missed shots, everyone does, but he made so many that you expected. I saw this man do incredible things. He was definitely great at everything & had zero weaknesses.
When LeBron completely BRICKS a shot like multiple times against the Nuggets in the playoffs, it's expected. You NEVER expect MJ to brick a shot, ever, especially when the game is on the line.
You also expect lebron to not play defense, not get back on fastbreaks then cherry pick after the other team scores in a 4 on situation and I don't usually expect him to make 2 free throws
As a massive curry fan, you are 100% right, even with him being considered the greatest shooter of all time, some tough shots I find myself thinking "please go in", and I spent almost the entire last year watching bulls games from jordan's era, I don't think I've felt that once, crazy that I just thought about this when I read your comment too.
The only live game I saw MJ played was in Wizards, 40yo Jordan dominated the Eastern champion Nets with Jason Kidd, K-Mart and RJ. That game I will never forget.
I also only saw him play one game live and he single handedly demolished the Pacers in Indy in his last year. He was hitting fadeaway after fadeaway and there wasn't a damn thing anyone could do about it
I'm an Ohio guy, I love Ohio, I love all my Ohio teams and love LeBron. I would enjoy nothing more than to say the goat is a kid from Ohio. But that would be a lie because I've seen MJ. LeBron is amazing, but comparing anyone to MJ simply isn't fair.
@@lonwoolf7370exactly these dudes literally think mjs the goat just because he’s a more mythical character. He has more of a lore to him then Lebron. Because we see Lebron on instagram everyday. When Jordan played you saw him once in a while maybe.

People dont understand how good MJ was! I grew up when MJ in his prime and there was nothing like watching him live! there was Jordan and everyone else!
I've seen countless people from Europe comment that they would wake up in the middle of the night to watch MJ's game. There was no RU-vid back then, you couldn't just wake up the next day and watch the highlights whenever you wanted so people would f*ck up their sleeping schedule to watch him live 😂
@@dero2430 He made basketball more significant on a global level. Its why the NBA suffered financially after Jordan retired. Also, his competition was retiring and getting old. After he officially retired, the only ones that kept the game alive were Shaq and Kobe, Duncan, Nash, and Nowitzki.
Yes in that era Jordan was that great but if you put him in todays game he is not going to be that good. That’s the whole point of this argument for people who say lebrons the goat. Lebron dominated for 20 seasons. Jordan dominated for 6 against teams Lebron would have made look like a high school team. Imagine magic Johnson playing today he couldn’t shoot if you left him open for 2 days. Bron would have feasted back then.
No matter where you lived in the states, we were all Bulls fans more than our own team. I live in Atlanta so the Hawks for me were always second. Every game Michael played we were glued to the TV to see him play. It was truly a blessing to have watched him play live.
But he also worked harder than everyone else. That's why he was great. You should look up some playoff series. Full games. From 92, 93, 96, & 97. Watch him work. You'll find them on RU-vid easily
As someone who obsesses over Larry bird. I can say without a shred of doubt, Michael Jordan is the absolute goat. The same way Muhammad Ali is the goat for boxing.
LeBron fans are stats oriented not results oriented or the bar wouldn't be just barely off the ground in comparison to MJ. Jordan is a leader and LeBron is a better version of Scottie Pippen. A good Robin looking for a Batman. His career speaks volumes about it. MJ has always been the Dark Knight. I got to watch Kobe coming into the league and his work ethic was phenomenal. To me it was obvious that him and MJ would bond. They were about winning and legacy. Those who couldn't comprehend that became fodder. They were killers elite. Jordan brought back the art of the court that had been missing since Dr.J and the competitive fierceness that was during the Magic/Bird era. Zeke is mad because that Detroit crucible, created his airness. Forever will Isiah whine until he comes to terms with that reality.
Most LBJ fans are to young and don’t bother watching old games. I didn’t even get to see MJ. I was a stubborn Kobe kid. I thought Kobe was the goat. Until I saw MJ footage. I learned he was the goat
You are right, seeing a player live in person is something totally different. I too got to see Jordan live. I also saw bird, Ewing, the bad boys, Karl Malone, Allen Iverson, everyone. I was at LeBrons first game at arco arena in Sacramento too. When it comes to sports, I’ve been blessed to have lived diuring what feels like the NBA’s prime. There will never be another Jordan. However, I would love to see Lebron compared to Kobe. Kobe also wasn’t Jordan but I feel like he was closer to Jordan than lebron is.
Jordan was graceful on the court, truly beautiful to watch on the court. He had a better back to the basket game, better handle, was more fundamentally sound, bigger IQ. MJ learned from Dean Smith, Bron learned watching MJ. And anything Bron can do MJ could do. If he needed to be a PG and display court vision-the one thing Bron guys say he’s better at-yeah right…he could do it. If you wanna say a minor flaw for MJ was that he was about an 80% career FT guy. Thats it. Minor in that we expect the greatest ever to be at that John Stockton FT%. He was a better defender and though the game was different back than-without the over abundance of 3’s like now-MJ would be the better 3 shooter. On top of that was the work ethic and mythological stamina and killer instinct. MJ didn’t do load management, he respected fans by going out and playing for the fans who showed up to see him. Oh and as much of a jerk that he was to teammates, he did it behind closed doors. He never showed up coaches and do stupid egotistical crap like Lebron subbing himself out and getting his team a tech. 9:50 - What about the big 3 in Miami losing to Dallas, and Bron getting locked up for the most part by an old J Kidd?
It’s kinda crazy to me how people can get caught up in the difference between your “favorite” player and the “best” player. I grew up in Houston and really got into the right age range to follow sports RIGHT when the Rockets were winning championships(I think I was 11 and 12 for the two rings)and it was AWESOME. Hakeem will always be my favorite player, and you put a couple of drinks in me and I’ll 100% argue that he was the best center of all time. That said, if you get a couple of drinks in me, I’ll argue that the sky is green, because we’re out and I’m bullshitting with the boys. When it comes to actually playing the game, influencing culture, and making the game what it is? MJ is the GOAT, and it’s not even a question
@@FTBREACTS Kobe said in an interview that, if Shaq had Kobe's work ethic, he would have been the GOAT. I agree. Shaq was an average player in a monster's body.

There are full games of Jordan playing in the 90's I think you'll be surprised. They are all on youtube.
The eye test watching MJ play was beyond phenomenal! No weaknesses. His first step was lightnig fast, it threw off defenders. His fade away jumper became unguardable. MJ say, " y'all cant guard me!" And back it up!
How are they going to say that Jordan never played against a juggernaut team? The man first 5 years he was tearing them down. They beat his team but they never stopped. Jordan never never. They never stopped him
@@obies12000 I remember I've been watching LeBron since he was 18 an he'll never be anywhere close to the defensive player MJ is. Maybe when he's 45 he'll play defense. It's why he's never going to be in the same conversation as MJ or even Kobe.
@@kennethmabus381 Go back and look at the defensive ratings for each of them from age 22 to age 35. LeBron also played with hustle, energy and defensive prowess at younger ages. You're certainly allowed to feel however you want about whomever you want.
One small thing about a lot of the MJ "highlight" videos - Most of the stuff you see in those videos are things you could just kind of expect from MJ on a nightly basis. PS - I'd absolutely love for you to react to some of the full game videos here on youtube. You may not be able to see it live, but you can see raw uncut games.
Grew up loving Jordan and I’m from Ohio and watched Lebron from high school, and I absolutely love Lebron, but Michael Jordan is the best player I’ve ever seen. This video break down is great one especially for the younger guys who didn’t see Jordan play.
The crazy thing is MJ is actually underrated, grossly by fans today. Lebron is a great player but all his accomplishments come from his longevity and that is aided in playing in the softest era. It's fun to compare players but there is no comparison here 🤗
Not true. The 3 second rule started in 2001, which made the standard 'big man guarding the rim' obsolete and cleared the lane for easy baskets. LeBron started in 2003. Also, Lebron averaged 29 ppg between 2004 and 2010 when the league averaged 100 points a game. Since then he's averaged less and less, despite a couple good years, while the league average has steadily increased by a whopping 17.4%. This tells us two things. First, Lebron should inherently have a 34 ppg avg if he was still playing at the exact same level as he used to, but he doesn't, and second, even at his best, he couldn't compete with MJ.
All I'm gonna say is - Not only was LeBron 4-6 in the Finals, but in 4 of those 6 losses, his head-to-head matchup, the other team's SF, earned Finals MVP (Kawhi, Durant x2, Igoudala). Jordan would never!
W point and I’ve never thought about that, I do remember the video where lebron seen kawhi coming in and said damn cuz he knew he was about be clamped, they are not the same.
Michael Jordan legitimately *might* have murdered an opposing finals MVP during an ensuing offseason. Thankfully we’ll never know that for sure, because Michael Jordan’s insane competitive drive never allowed so much as a teammate to be the MVP of the finals, let alone an opponent, and certainly not an opposing he was tasked with guarding.
I am from Kingston Jamaica and i can speak for most Jamaicans including my self,we stop watching Basketball when Jordan stop playing, our focus has shifted to soccer,LeBron is a great player but not a wow how did he do that.
Even his final bulls game was one of the most legendary things I’ve ever seen. Final seconds of the game. Stole the ball from the other teams best player (Karl Malone). Hit the buzzer beater immediately after to win. That follow thru…
They should always show the whole highlight. They needed a stop just for a chance to win. He goes and steals from Malone and then walks down and hits the game winner. And no one was surprised because it was HIM. 🐐
It's okay, man. We all find out eventually that Jordan was the goat. I grew up a huge Memphis Tigers fan and Penny was my guy. When him and Shaq beat the unprepared Bulls in '95, I thought the Jordan dynasty was over. Then he came back in '96, swept the Magic, and took over the game again. I was bummed because Penny and the Magic were done, but you had to acknowledge that Jordan is the GOAT. I saw him play the Grizzlies live in 2002. Dude was 40 at the time. He was playing on sore knees per the press. MFer had 22 at halftime and sat out the second half because the Wizards had a huge lead. Even at 40, watching him on the floor, he wasn't as fast as he had been but he was so precise and he carved up the Grizz. I saw another comment below that Jordan highlights vs Jordan live is a different experience. Jordan live was scary. You just couldn't stop him and he would pick you apart on defense, not to mention that he had a pathological desire to win.
TOTALLY PRECISE COMMENT! I was a Magic Johnson fan and I'm not going to lie, JORDAN was on a COMPLETELY other level than ANYONE else! LIVE, you could not believe how someone could be SOOO DAMN GOOD! Even before he had a supporting cast, it showed even more! MJ was OTHERWORLDLY!
@FTB REACTS Ay mayne,as someone that has watched a lot of these react vids to this particular 🐐 comparison between MJ and LBJ as well as having the privilege to watch them both since they entered the league, I gotta give YOU your props.🫡 There are some staunch LBJ fans from your generation and mine, that refuse to acknowledge what is factually known. I appreciate you giving the insight in your last vid of stating the fact that your gen didn't get the opportunity to see MJ play, something I hadn't taken into much consideration when watching others reaction vids. I understand LBJ is y'all's goat. MJ is thee G.O.A.T. even if you exclude the eye test. Which is the only test you actually need. I sub'd up on the fact you kept it funky. Respect.💪🏽 Jordan was different different in EVERY aspect and it showed EVERY game. Opposing fans and teams feared MJ.
I just came across this video. Probably the best comparison video I've seen. Didn't show a bias towards LeBron or Jordan. Just used good analysis. I also have to give you high marks for keeping an open mind. I could tell by your reaction to the different statistical analysis that you are a student of the game by your comments throughout the video. Great video. I enjoyed it.
The only comparisons: One played both ends all out, the other the offensive end ,which promoted his longevity. The other: One guy won a ring every 2.5 years, the other ever 5 years.. and counting.
For another example of this, listen to Dame talk about the 75th anniversary ASG event Dame was starstruck being in the room with the other greats. And when MJ walked in ALL the greats were starstruck MJ is HIM
Lets add Jordan never shopped for a team to help in win a championship, he never flopped around on the ground, never blamed his teammates for a loss and never bragged about himself was always humble. I can think of 10 players in the 80's and 90's that put LeBron to shame. In fact LeBron would never have lasted in the 90's. He couldn't take getting batted around by the Pistons he'd walk out as he's done before.
I heard you mention that your generation wasn't able to see MJ play live and that could be why a lot of people consider LeBron to be better. If you get a chance, check out the full game videos on RU-vid of the 1991-92 ECSF and 92-93 ECF of the Bulls vs Knicks. Those are 2 of my favorite series of all time that MJ played in. Just look at the tough defenses, hard fouls, and intensity of those games. They were amazing games and summed up 90s NBA basketball in a nutshell. Some of today's stars wouldn't have made it through those series, both physically and mentally. Do yourself a favor and watch them, you won't regret it!
He should watch every game possible, not just what MJ stans cherry pick. There is a certain channel that has almost every single MJ game ever. The era is overrated by people who stopped regularly watching basketball.
Having grown up in the Jordan era, the bit that people do not get, Jordan was as ferocious on defense as he was on offense. He chased through ALL screens and never took plays off.
NBA trainer Tim Grover: This has only happened 4 times in the history of the NBA where one player has won the scoring title, MVP, was 1st Team All-Defense, led playoff in scoring and FMVP. You know who those 4 players were? Jordan, Jordan, Jordan, and Jordan.
Beyond all that, you ask any player that played against both of them (and Kobe too), as far as I know they will, without hesitation, say Jordan was the best.
@@edwardjr3231ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--XTd81uTHCg.html This will help you with your "cant go left" false narrative. Entire last part of video is Jordan going left AND finishing with his left.
@edwardjr3231. You are a prime example of complete ignorance and insecurity masquerading as confidence and knowledge. Undeservedly arrogant little weasels guys like you are.
And for added info, since this video was made before LeBron won his 4th ring in 2020: Obviously LeBron now has 1 more ring and 1 fmvp. But he's also gone down in his overall stats with his most glaring shortcoming, his game winning/tieing shots, having now dropped to 17%. And in some categories where he was 2nd to Jordan he's now been leapfrogged by Jokic too.
Why did the analysis leave out overall value over replacement player? This is the advanced stat you want to appeal to when comparing two players individually like this. A MAJOR flaw in this analysis is it doesn't take into account *how MUCH better* LeBron was at passing / assists than Jordan. All it took into account is that LeBron was #1 while Jordan wasn't. This is a common error people make when evaluating stats. And it makes a huge difference because LeBron is not just a little better in assists per game - he's #1 all-time by more than double the runner up, for his position. That's insane. We've never seen anything like that before for any major stat! He's basically Magic Johnson in terms of passing, while still being elite at everything else (perhaps just a little less elite than MJ). Lots of people overlook this, and don't realize this is the reason why LeBron is higher than anyone, including MJ, for VORP (overall value over average replacement player).
One thing that always fascinates me about Jordan is how his handle seemed so simple. It was like he faced his opponent, shimmied his shoulder a little and then blew past the defender. He has the crossover, of course, but many times he didn’t even need to use it.
That's because you don't necessarily need to be shifty to get past a defender. You just need a decent first step. LeBron is a great example. He doesn't have the handles that dazzle the crowd (I mean, his only discernable signature move is when he looks at the ball before he takes a regular jump shot) but most of his scoring is slashing to the basket. Think about Carmelo Anthony, who is widely respected and considered a great scorer. It's usually one move going in the exact direction where the defender is unable to keep up. Remember: the offense is facing the rim and the defense is facing away from it. Can you run as fast backwards as you do forward?
I agree 110% never a debate, don’t get me wrong I love LBJ,but if you so them both play you know, and in my stat’s I still put Kobe one step a head as well,LBJ definitely top 5 of all times.
20:47 Exactly! It’s hard having these conversations with young people because Lebron is still breastfeeding (them) and he’s all they know. Nobody 4-6 would ever be revered by me. I’m an 80s baby for fux sake (I SAW MIKE & JANET LIVE), so Lebron will always be just another baller to me. I’m from Pittsburgh and the Bengals made me think of Lebron (still waiting for his statue)😂🤣😂🤣🤣

Dont forget how physical the game was in the 90s compared to now (with the exception of Draymond) and the fact that there was no "free" drives to the hoop like they routinely do in todays game
9:49 statistically MJ faced harder competition than LBJ. On a final run (As of today) LBJ faced a 50 wins team 58% of the time and MJ 66% of the time. And for 60 wins team, LBJ faced one 15% of the time and MJ 29% of time.

MJ took over in the 4th quarter especially in most if not all the finals game and especially again in the close out games. @@FTBREACTSlebron had a loaded team n he couldn’t get his team to share the ball n movement like the spurs did n Jordan’s bulls.. yet another reason why Jordan’s the goat
@@FTBREACTStwo years prior to beating the Heat the Spurs got swept by the Grizzlies in the first round. They traded George Hill for Kawhi's draft rights and everything changed. People thought San Antonio's run was finished. They should've won back to back but they collapsed in Miami. Let's not pretend the Spurs were so great towards the end, because people really do forget about that sweep. Many people wrote them off
LeBron compared to MJ is unfair… to LeBron. MJ would have been 8-0 in NBA Championships if he hadn’t left to try out baseball. MJ was unstoppable. And his competitive spirit was matched only by Larry Bird’s.
