Single issue? The Biden administration said the position of the US and Israel is there will be a 2 state solution. Israel has said there will never be a two state solution. Biden had a phone call with Netanyahu when Israel said that publicly, and said after the phone call Israel still believes in the 2 state solution. Note the Biden administration's stance for Ukraine is that there be no attacks inside Russia. From time to time Ukraine has disobeyed the US. They don't claim responsibility for those attacks because they know that would publicly humiliate the US. They respect the US.
