Proctor is a disgusting human being that is willing to "bend" the rules of law enforcement & would go "all the way in" to help his fellow "bros"! I would really like to know where Proctor's deep hatred to Karen Reed came from; it just seems a bit over the top to have such deep feelings for an acquaintance that he hardly knew, just participated in the gossip & made up stories that had to be going around in the past. These ppl were after John for something he reported or let it be known for information he knew in reference to Colin & Brian Albert decided to to put John in his place & things went too far probably because of Colin's immaturity. Higgin's is & was a total loser in this entire situation & it portrayed what a weak, insecure man he actually is - what a joke. In any case, all of the witnesses who were at Brian Albert's home the night John was murdered in the house knew what actually occurred & decided to lie & cover it up. The coverup probably came about because all of those involved had a lot to explain & a lot to loose on top of possibly being charged with murder so they decided to conspire to cover up John's murder. Who cares about the texts regarding KR. If you read probably any cops texts/ or heard them talk they make disparaging comments about people they have in custody. That’s not the problem for me it’s his lying and driving drunk in his cruiser!which in itself is grounds for dismissal,I would hope anyway!
For me is that he did not do proper investigation. he railroaded an innocent women. Proctor knew he is railroading Karen when he decided to break her car lights in Sally port, then submit a Reversed or Inverted video.. lied about an hour of when he got possession of her car, so he can throw her light pieces around after he himself broke it. He is guilty of Manufacturing evidence and railroading the investigation and an innocent woman.
