Michael Rooker definitely stole the show in Guaradians of these the Galaxy Vol. 2. His was seeking redemption and seeing him going through a crucible was just beautiful and at the same time just sad as he wanted to do right by Peter. He was more of a father and a Dad to Peter Quill. He did show tough love but deep down he cared for him.

This is s a great interview and Rooker is the man. He killed it as Yondu in both movies! Really love his relationship with Peter, and he got a beautiful send-off. That being said, I really hope Vol. 3 focuses more on the 5 core Guardians. That's where the real magic is to me, and although I adore all the secondary characters, I want to see the main Guardians working together and interacting with each other more in the last installment. That's partly why I appreciate Yondu's death, it affirms less character bloat in Vol. 3. Vol. 2 was surprisingly well balanced and didn't feel overstuffed like I feared, but I'm a little worried since Gunn has been talking about including Stakar's Guardians more, plus there will be Mantis, Adam, Quasar, the Sovereign, Nebula, etc. I'm cool with Mantis, Nebula and Adam but Stakar's group will hopefully just be a cameo, as well as Kraglin and possible new Ravagers. Still love Vol. 2 and looking forward to Vol. 3!

Good men are not hard to find. (I doubt this has anything to do with his film, but) Women, when they are still young and beautiful, tend to look at the wrong men. They gravitate towards the "bad boys" or the "rich guys" or the guys in a prominent position, like quarterback or frat president. It's not until they are older, do some of them figure out that the guys that would've made good, lasting life companions, are the guys that were previously invisible to them.

That's inaccurate. I have yet to meet any woman who likes jerks and although goldiggers (of both genders) do exist they are more rare and the general population are normal, decent folk. Your statement is the typical "good guys never win" thing, and that's silly. Being nice isn't a ticket to a guaranteed girlfriend, it's a normal expectation of human society--MOST people are nice, you aren't an outlier for holding open a door for a grandma or giving someone a compliment. Congrats! You're normal! Stop being nice to granny because you hope it will make some woman swoon, be nice to granny because you want to be.

I was thinking a flashback (both of the Guardians movies open with flashbacks), maybe an extension of the scene where we see Yondu training Quill to shoot, or something set around that time.
