I just learned (from _Coffee with Ola_ ) that the televised performance of this very song, on Swedish TV in 1983, was what inspired a 10 year old Fredrik Åkesson to get serious about playing guitar. 😀

As said by many other Schenkerites this man is the absolute god of guitar playing!!! 5 years prior to this it was him who inspired my to start playing and even now I can only aim for his tone, precision and feel!!!

This show is '84 Tour. Because the machine head of FV had reinforced by famous trouble at the Yokohama Sports Arena in Jan. '84. I had saw that trouble in real-time!!

Hey Axe...surprised nobody commented...but the audio volume is extremely low (weak) on this video. Would it be possible to edit this video and raise the volume up? I was playing it on my computer which has some good speakers at full volume and it wasn't close to being loud enough. I'd say that this video is not even half the volume level of your others and the norm...

Dude stop. Schenker is/was my idol. Lovedrive was my initiation and I would copy his licks and phrasing, and I appreciate his feel and vibrato. I still say Barden dresses like a girl though ;) Derek St. Holmes should have been singing for him.
