Get this guy on Hot Ones. He is low key hilarious, reminds me of Tommy Lee Jones. Great episode! I hope he got a chance to help Carla with her egg cracking?
After a career of playing notable psychopaths, Michael Shannon seems a very laid back and cool guy. Glad to see it and I might try to make the chicken too.
@@simontja I mean yea, most of butchering involves some hefty force, also building houses takes a lot of force exercising takes force getting the usb cable into the computer takes a lot of force its just unavoidable in a lot of situations
@@mchjsosde of course, watching her steak videos shows that she has never ever done it because she comments that you should cut the steak against the grain, rofl, it's already cut against the grain...
Yeah! it's a shame that the editing focused more on the cooking than their dynamic tho :( It seemed at the end they had had a great experience, but we missed a lot of that intermittent conversation. What a cool guy! I'm v much looking forward to that omelette episode
"You got the leg and the thigh off of both sides of the body?" "I wouldn't say with absolute certainty, but I'm holding a piece of chicken in my hand." Oh, I like this guy.
It's mainly the frying part that deters people because it is a process that can go very badly if you screw up. Hot oil is serious business and can result in fire or serious burns if you mess around. That being said, if you do your homework and are properly prepared, you should be fine. I encourage you to give it a try someday because the end result will blow you away, just make sure you are knowledgable enough to be confident in your actions and be safe.
I’ve loved Michael Shannon since I was a kid This might be the first time I’ve ever seen him not in character. Like first interview and everything. This is so cute
I love how everyone shows up kind of unsure of themselves but just really falls into it when they get comfortable with the instructions & pace. Michael Shannon seems like one of the coolest dudes to hang around. Like he's a super chill guy that accidentally ended up being famous.
Something I didn't think I needed omg. Michael Shannon, an iconic actor and enigma, in the test kitchen with Carla, wearing an apron, and also brought his mother. In love
What tickles me about Carla's series is that she can charm anyone! And make them feel chuffed about their skills. Master of the snappy, yet kind, comeback.
Awe this is my favorite video of Back to Back Chef. He’s so humble and sweet!!! Hopefully y’all can do more videos with him oh and his mom! I hope y’all can do an omelette video. ❤️ thank you!
I love the "I like cutting off wings, destroying hope" especially when it flashes to Carla wearing an Angels jersey tee, cinematic symbolism at its best.
I'll just say these two had amazing chemistry, can tell he was able to keep up beat for beat and really get into it. Id love to see that follow up Ghost pepper episode even if we cant see the peppers.
Michael Shannon is a real artist. I encourage more of these segments with artists and LESS of these segments with "celebrities". The natural communication from Michael is covet-able.
I haven't seen much of him but this video seems like he has a very deadpan attitude which would make his jokes hilarious. Such as the terrible but hilarious cause he said it ghost pepper joke.
hahahaha I love carla as the guest of all of these famous people, honestly she can get along with like literally anyone, such great chemistry very instructional just by verbal commands, it always ends up beautiful!
Both Michael Shannon and Carla are such delights separately and to combine them into one video??? ULTIMATE DELIGHT. Ahahaha great video. Would love to see more of Carla and Shannon
I've always loved Michael Shannon as an actor; so amazing! But seeing like this, and seeing his personality, I am floored by how awesome he really is. He's so humble and authentic a person. I love that.
I have always loved and respected this man as one of the most naturally, highly talented actors on this planet. And I never thought I’d see him on this show. This is the best thing ever. Him and Brad neeeeeeeed to do an episode of “It’s Alive!”
