@stephyourgameup Do techniques to change the focus of your awareness away from the thoughts of your mind and the feelings if the heart. It is a practice that requires a lot of attention to where your attention is focused. Using the techniques provide a space where you can allow something you are not familiar with to become apparent. Michael talks about personal mind and impersonal mind. The personal mind is concerned with self. He also talks about becoming an objective observer. The objective observer is what can allow the stepping back. Seeing what is happening, not what is happening to you. If you have heard him talk about past experiences creating blocks that prevent Shakti from flowing, relaxing and releasing allows energy to start flowing that starts pulling awareness away from what keeps us attached to the same thoughts and feelings that we keep repeating that come from disturbances. Release disturbances, joy rises. ❤
