Been listening again everyday for months now. Evrytime I listen to the talks, I found them to be true. Then I notice how I seem to forget, and I am reminded again and again. Then looking back, I noticed that everyday life becomes lighter and lighter.

It’s funny how we can get a bit of enlightening and then go amnesiac after a while. I feel repetition is key. Listen and listen and listen while shifting old behaviors/following the suggestions that Mickey gives. Day by day I feel lighter too. Wish I could’ve listened to these in my teens!!

I didn’t let go today . Crazy part is I let my 18 year old niece yell at me and I didn’t say anything to her and let her talk but when my sister came in I told her your daughter yelled at me and then me and my sister start arguing. I should of just let it go by not telling my sister so we didn’t get into it but I’m 50-50 tho I kept my mouth shut when my niece yelled at me but then told my sister then argue at my sister but not my niece 😂 but I am doing the best I can mane . It’s hard mane . I should of let it go by not telling my sister I was half way there

You are great. Not letting go with your sister is the normal behavior. Letting go with the niece is the winning. Knowing you missed is golden! The next opportunity is around the corner - practice makes it perfect. We do not practice (anything) only once to be an expert.

Just be aware of your reactions and let go of judgement about your performance. You did the best you could at the time with what you were aware of. You probably told your sister what happened because you had still bothered yourself over what your niece did & needed to deal with your upset instead of letting go of what happened. Letting go is often easier said than done!
