I just love Michael Singer! So much brilliant wisdom being imparted normally and humourously. I find myself smiling, laughing out loud, even clapping, when he does these talks. Thank you so much!!

HIs ability to just break things down to the simplest lesson and attacking it from so many different angles is incredible.

This is so powerful. I get genuine glimpses and the sensation is blissful. Then the mind takes over again. The despair is crippling. Then I glimpse again and it’s even more beautiful. I’m in a sea of uncertainty by every measure and it’s clear to me that if I can be ok now (while little is clear in my life) then I’ll be “unstoppable”.. here’s what I do know there’s a bliss inside of me that belongs to all of us. I come from two long lines of criminals - they solve problems with violence and drugs but I’ve always known there is an easier, better way. Finding Michael in my darkest hour a year ago feels miraculous. The “letting go” he talks about is an act of will and amazingly we really don’t have to dig for it - it comes up and it’s as painful as it first was (which can be terrifying)but it really does dissipate if we let it. I don’t always let go -it’s like I need the trauma to define me. It’s a rainy day in Portland and I’m seeing all these tethers - mostly a desire for a sunny day in our endless winters.
