If you’re wondering what Mickey’s saying at the beginning and end of each talk, it is:
Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.

I just realized that, since I started meditating and praying for self love and forgiveness of myself and others every day, haven’t been angry for almost a whole years. Another aspect of awareness: noticing that you appreciate EVERYTHING about your life, inside and out, including the hummingbirds fluttering “hello!” outside my window. Life has become so much “easier”.

Thank you Michael! I love the aspect of transmutation and no matter what energy enters us if we wait for it to be built then we can gain energy from its breaking. It's phenomenal! I learnt emotion code a year ago, so my suppressed emotions have gone. The code and your teachings gave me a rapid spiritual growth. I admire your clarity and understanding of human and spiritual nature.
