About Buffalo Game Space:
Buffalo Game Space is Western New York’s home to artists, musicians, designers and programmers focused on making games. What started as a web group in winter 2012 became a physical location in Tonawanda, NY. Within the last year alone, BGS has hosted three game jams (48-hour events in which small teams must create games based on a predetermined theme), talks from industry professionals, lectures from members within the organization, and bi-weekly meetings where members can show off current projects and network with other local developers. BGS strives to help local developers make better games and help build a better game development community in Western New York.
