Beautiful video. Especially when Michael misses the 7th dart on his way to a 9 darter, Gary takes the 170 out for a 12 darter on his throw. Then Michael starts the next leg with 44 and Gary responding with a 180. And after these blows Michael throws 2 180s and finishes 97 on double 12 for a 12 darter himself. That's special!
you all probably dont care at all but does anyone know of a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb lost the password. I love any help you can give me
Taylor is the goat and always will be Doesn’t matter if darts was a “pub sport” back then, what do you want to do? Make a clone of Phil taylor 30 years younger and have him play now? Lol
@@maurizioarrivabene8182 Taylor is the GREATEST for sure, but MVG, I would say, is the BEST. But I'm one of those weirdos who thinks best and greatest are different.
@Thor Christensen they're different. Michael Jordan is seen as the greatest ever because of his accomplishments, but is he a better basketball player than LeBron? No. Same with the Messi Ronaldo debate, you can argue who the greater one is between the 2 is, but it's not arguable that Messi is the better player. Greatest is measured with accomplishments, clutchness, records, and achievements, while the best is measured by pure skill and ability.
The video was uploaded to youtube in the 720p format, but that doesn't mean to say that each individual clip was obtained from its original source in HD - you don't understand that?
Nice video, but you showed us only 15 of 18 perfect darts from MvG against Cross and I miss the world record average from him against Michael Smith in Premier League in Aberdein 2016.
Cant deny that MVG is the greatest player of this generation but as a Gary Anderson fan and a fan of darts that clip #3 is my favourite sequence in darts ever
I loved the v.Gerwen-Ando match in between ! They always give us the fireworks when they play each other 🎇🎆 Hope Ando will be back in his best form soon so we'll get some amazing darts battles in 2021 😊
The only problem this video shows (and I’m speaking as a darts fan of nearly 40 years who’s seen it live and watched thousands of tv matches) is the ‘level’ to which it has attained. There was a time when a 12 darter would be talked about The next day; an 11 or 10 darter would be talked about for a week. However, it now gets muted applause. There is still some great fun and enjoyable moments in darts, but the wow factor (for me) has very much lessened due to so many players being roughly the same (at the same standard). Yes, averages are higher, but the game itself (without the crowd) has become less enthralling.. The crowd seem to always find the same voice: Ya Ya Tore song, boring boring tables etc. This is also grating to the ears when you’re trying to watch. Darts is still incredible in its show of solidarity and sportsmanship compared to other sports such as the cheating and pretentiousness in football, but, I feel, the over exposure and money (as in many sports has done) has diluted its essence of real excitement.
Fortnite P3aceLive A pun? Good God?! 😂 Sorry my relatively short diatribe on the current state of ‘professionalism’ in darts equates to you assuming is of biblical proportions.. 😂 Good God!!
The commentator when MVG shot two nine darters in same match (clip #2) should commentate paint drying. The 17 perfect darts 7:00 min (#4) was commentated brilliantly.
I feel like it would save a lot of time if they just let MvG throw nine darts to begin with. On the off chance he doesn't finish well then you can have a go.
not that great: won the World Championship won the Premier league won the Masters won the champion League of Darts won the World Grand prix number 1 in the rankings and he won 1.7 million pound in 2019.
