The animation really brought this together...Mike got stories for days and I'm glad to see him finding success after ball. They won't be another Vick in the NFL. It was a privilege watching this guy in the NFL.
@@Tre492 Probably as a passer, but as a runner and playmaker, I think it will be debatable for a while. Vick just had a way of nearly consistently getting out of trouble in the pocket and breaking would be sacks for long runs. Lamar has very similar abilities but hasn't shown me yet (keyword: yet) that he's another Vick. He's Lamar and he will be great... Also I think the reason they look different to me is because they played in different eras. Defensive players now are much faster and athletic, thus it might be harder to make those same game breaking plays Vick used to make
@J Dolo Oh I know he'll be a better overall QB. I'm just talking about those jaw dropping escapes you'd see in a Vick Highlight. I haven't seen another QB pull off a lot of those moves consistently. There's one clip (vs Panthers) where Vick slides/skids right into a spin move. There's something different about how he escaped defenders that's unique. But yea, I agree that LJ overall will be a better QB and the best of both worlds. Plus he seems to stay out of trouble off the field and is good kid. He might break some of Vicks records as he'll most likely have a longer, healthier career
@J Dolo Yea Vick in RPO would be insane today and yea...LJ's is a real passing threat and is already showing that he can take advantage of defenses playing up the passes by tucking the ball and running. Plus, homie got swole over the offseason. Heard he added 10lbs of muscle so he's definitely built to have a more productive career. Excited to see him prove the doubters wrong.
Me too. Went to college and hung with my “richer” paler skinned friends lol. Went to a few places to eat .... had no idea what half the menu was so I got a burger lol
Until you get to elite restaurants that can make almost anything. A serious steakhouse does not have a small menu, because there are just that many types of cuts (not to mention other dishes).
That's true but a lot of people think that a big fancy restaurant has all kinds of stuff. I thought the same thing, you want to go somewhere that is a master of a few things not a jack of all trades
@@seymourglass26 A serious steakhouse has lots of cuts but they don't have a million different kinds of food with pages and pages of salads and pastas and burgers and starters etc. Cuisine is focused to a discipline
@Isaac Zambrano either way he had too much 💰💰 💰 to be involved with that dumb 💩. Cause them niggas left him hanging now he good got his life back. He focused on God his family and his broadcasting career he straight now salute to Vick 💯🙌🏾🙏🏼
06Alpinestars honestly I would have did the same thing 😭I wouldn’t want to get to much, then I wouldn’t want to get something that would be nasty then I’m just sitting there waiting for you to finish. Now you got the owner like what the fuck wrong with this dude
@@ivotenotocensorship5247 I used to break folks who used Vick. Stay in a zone...use a spy and knock the shit out of Vick. Matternof time and he would get hurt and tons of fumbles. Once he's hurt...everybody quit.
People forget Vick grew up insanely poor, in the ghetto with no real true father figure out. He's actually a pretty smart guy. All he knew growing up was the hood life style so once he hit it big, it was kind of obvious where he went to. Dude bounced back and has been a great guy for over a decade.
I say the same thing every time I see Vick on TV commentating. Vick was a thug but brilliant. Keep in mind, to play quarterback you have got to be smart.
Yo, that's the same thing I do. Everytime I'm not familiar with the menu or when I'm broke. Great short story, glad to see Vick continue to grow & prosper after all he went through.
@@famu87 Honestly, I haven't seen as much film of Cunningham and when I do see it, it's the slowed down NFL films stuff where you can't tell how quick everyone is moving.
A-Town quarterback for life... back in the 2002-2003 season Vick was must see tv in Atl ... everybody was glued to the TV watching dat boy... I still rock my Vick Nike’s to this day and they clean AF
MV has come a long way. He'll always be a pos for what he took part of but im all for second chances and turning a terrible thing into positive and awareness.
I think it's really cool that he enjoyed coming full circle and being able to be the one that paid the bill. That must have been a great feeling because it sounds like he was poor growing up.
the fact that micheal didnt get to play a full career and he is a legend in everyones eyes and still didnt make the hall of fame is scary. imagine if he didnt get arrested
Makes we want to buy a 20 piece McNugget box, today. I really like the McDonald's BBQ and Mustard sauces. Be interesting which 'tenders' are the best, according to Vick. If he's eating cheese steaks and nuggets, he must know which ones are the best. My friend bought 8 piece chicken tenders at BK for 1 dollar, a few weeks ago. I think McNuggets are the standard, although I haven't had them for years. The thing IS you go to buy chicken nuggets, and it's a 40 minute drive there and back, the McNuggets are all gone by the time you get home, so technically, you still haven't eaten lunch. There was a LOT of buzz around Vick, when he was playing. Just the mention of his name and it was exciting.
This make no sense, i grew up in the hood too, why would an NFL owner invite you to dinner and not pay for the meal at the restaurant? Plus being a college star, you had more access to nice things than my broke ass, i dropped out of U. of D. after 2yrs to join the Navy due to extreme lack of funds.
So no one is going to comment on how he killed dogs by drowning, hanging stabbing and every way under the sun?! He’s sick. Prob still doing his dog fighting. Sick sick sick
No joke... this made me cringe. I love vick and everything, but come on man.... Chicken tenders??? Arthur Blank probably had a good laugh with his wife later that night.
