hello dbhere, the jewel rice sticky rice is the leaf, the canto sausage, and the mushroom. the leaf cooks the rice with a smell on it. my father thought i was with no money in my student days - when i go home we family share two entrees of beef chow fun / singapore mai fun. dining with a friend in college time the rice with leaf is family table. elle for teapot with sugar

David if you have time go to Lexington Ave in NYC. You’ll find some of the best Indian cuisine you’ve ever tasted in your life. Especially a restaurant named Dhaba that has one of the very first Indian Michelin star chefs.
The Tim Ho Wan pan fried noodles, bbq pork buns, steamed rice roll with pork and the mini custard french toasts are the best. Wash that down with a couple milk teas and you're good.

Tim Ho Wan is great in HK, but even then, its super average compared to tons of other dim sum places. There are definitely better dim sum places in NY, especially knowing that we have some of the best dim sum places in LA.
